Harry Potter's Chaotic Twin

What if Harry had a twin sister? What if she took a blow to the head from the Dursley's and ended up not quite right? What if the girl just wants to have fun? What if all of her magic was controlled only by her power, and her imagination? And what if she knew the glory, the magnificence, and holiness of... EXPLOSIONS!!! Honestly not sure where the story is gonna go, but for now I'll simply follow canon as I twist it around with little Misha. It's a slow burn story instead of a conflagration. (While it's tagged villain, Misha is a chaotic-neutral entity. Sometimes she's good, others she's evil.) I update once a week at the start of the week. If I decide to drop or go on hiatus, I'll make sure to mention it beforehand. I do not own Harry Potter. All original works are owned by J.K Rowling. I do own the image. Explanations Part 1

There's silence from all of us. For some, it's her words that keep them silence. For others it's her actions. For me...

'School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? So Harry and I's powers stem from magic. And the fact that there's a school would imply that there's a fair number of other people with 'magic'. It would be interesting to see how they teach it. But wait, three?'

"Clarity, you're a witch?" I feel like we I would have noticed if she could do what Harry or I can. Though if her magic is controlled by her emotions like Harry's...

Mr. Insania interrupts my thoughts before Clarity can respond. "Don't be absurd, there's no such thing as magic!" He sounds so confident as he says that.

In response McGonagall simply raises an eyebrow and points at the door.

"..." Mr. Insania stands mouth agape, finger held up as if he wants to say something, but can't find the words.

And honestly, what could he say? He literally just watched the woman spin a stick- well if she's a witch I suppose it would be a wand- over a broken door and have it fix itself.

"... Would you like to sit down?" He asks uncertainly. Well, it is kind of awkward for everyone to just be standing in the hallway.

McGonagall raises an eyebrow and I notice the corners of her lips curl up a tiny bit before returning to their previous position.

"That would be quite pleasant. Please lead the way." She nods imperiously, and if one didn't know better she would come off as arrogant.

But for some reason she doesn't seem that way to me. To me she comes off more... self-assured. Like she knows she can handle anything thrown at her.

Mr. Insania proceeds to lead everyone to the foyer, where we all proceed to take seats. The Dursleys sit on a couch to the side a bit out of the way, Mr. and Mrs. Insania take a loveseat in front of a circular coffee table. Harry, Clarity, and I take a seat on a couch at another side of the table. McGonagall decides to take the armchair across from the Insanias. Meanwhile, the big guy, Hagrid...

"You may sit as well, mister Hagrid." Mr Insania gestures to the armchair next to McGonagall.

But Hagrid just takes a quick look before standing behind the woman. "Naw, tha's quite a'right. Wouldn't wanna risk breakin the thing."

As we all take in his appearance again, we can't help but nod. Mr. Insania probably didn't get the chairs reinforced for five-XL sized people.

He clears his throat. "Very well then. You, ah, mentioned a school, Hogwarts? And that it's for witches and wizards? And you're inviting Clarity?" While he's no longer denying the fact that magic exists, he still sounds skeptical about it.

If she notices though, McGonagall doesn't acknowledge it. "That is correct. Her name was written in the Book of Admittance by the Quill of Acceptance, ancient artifacts that determine if someone born within European territories has the ability to use magic. In fact, I have her acceptance letter here," she pulls out three Hogwarts letters and looks at the three of us, "as well as the Potters'. Though I do wonder why the two of you hadn't read yours before now, considering that we've been sending several copies a day for the past week."

We each accept our letters, Harry and Clarity immediately cracking theirs open to begin reading through them. But I just hold mine as I respond.

"Well, at first we thought that it was strange that we got letters from a school we never heard about. When we brought it up with our aunt and uncle, they claimed to have no knowledge about it either." Hagrid opens his mouth to say something with an offended look behind his bushy beard, but I continue and he swallows his words down. "Then after that we started to get a several dozen letters every day, in increasingly disturbing ways."

Her brows furrow. "Disturbing ways? What might you mean by that?"

Huh, did whoever sent her here not tell her about them? "Well, we had a few dozens owls watching the house, then we started finding letters when we cracked some eggs to cook breakfast with. And finally there was a storm of letters getting shot down the chimney, which prompted us to come here in an effort to avoid any further... unpleasantness."

As I tell her of the letters' deliveries, her eyebrow begins to twitch. Once I'm done she heaves a deep sigh and rubs the bridge of her nose between two finger. I can just barely hear as she mumbles "Oh Albus..." under her breath.

After taking a deep breath she looks back up and directs her gaze to the Dursleys. "I do apologize for any inconvenience that might have occurred during the past week, our headmaster is a bit... eccentric. Rest assured that we will take care of any damages that might have occurred due to the letters."

Vernon and Dudley don't say anything, but surprisingly Petunia speaks up. "Do you even remember me?" Her voice is quiet, her words filled with unidentifiable emotions.

McGonagall looks at her, a slight amount of pity and sorrow in her eyes. "I do, Ms. Petunia Evans." Petunia says nothing more, her apparent hostility dying down as quickly as it seemed to appear.

I decide to speak up again. "So what prompted this visit? The fact that Harry and I didn't read the letters?"

McGonagall taps her chin. "Partly. Though for muggle born witches and wizards, that is, those born to a non-magical family, one of the staff is dispatched to inform them of the situation. Should the family decide that they wish not to be involved with the magical world, the staff ensure that the child's magic will no longer be affected by their emotions and be on their way. For those that wish to send their children to the school, we help them to get their things in order."

I nod. "So... why wasn't that done for Harry and me?"

She clears her throat. "Well, your situation is a bit different. While your parents were magical, after their deaths you were raised by your muggle aunt and uncle. It is likely that it was simply an oversight on the part of the school."

Harry looks up from the letter. "Wait, our parents were magical?"

Yo! If you like the story, drop some cash at p*ypal.me/Nartleb2.

Decided to make this a multi-part section since the lack of information initially given to Harry in canon always ignored me. It was essentially "you're a wizards, your parents were wizards, and you can now go to a school to learn how to be a wizard!"
