The Shitty Ball

"Oh you made it." Riyori says happily from behind me.

I turned around instantly of course as this was the main reason I even bothered to come to this ball in the first place.

"Of course I did." I reply while gazing upon her beautiful figure.

She was wearing a purple dress and had her hair done up in a bun. Quite beautiful, even if she's some sort of noble woman. I'm surprised she could put her hair up like that with the length it is.

"I'm happy you did, would you like to dance with me?" Riyori asks as she takes notice of others dancing.

Shit, I've honestly never been to one of these things before so I'm probably going to suck at this. But I'd be an idiot to ignore such a request from her.

"I'd love to." I answer with a happy voice.

"Okay, um put your hands here." She says while guiding my hands.

One on her waist and the other holding her hand, my God this is amazing! I mean besides the view I have of her chest there, her beauty is something I'm still mesmerized by.

If this was a different life I'd definitely want to marry someone like her but the thing is that I want a harem! I've dreamed of having all sorts of women by my side for so long that I can't just leave my dream behind.

"You don't seem that bad at this." Riyori says while her cheeks grew red.

"T-Thank you." I reply back, a bit embarrassed myself.

She was also a bit shorter than me which made this a little awkward but I wasn't going to complain about that. This wasn't the worst thing in the world, even if she had a smaller bust size.

She was captivating enough the way she is so I'd definitely add her to my list if it was possible.

But like that we danced for a little bit, which honestly was nice since I'd never done this sort of thing before. Still not my type of thing but I'd do it again if it meant dancing with someone like Riyori.

"Thank you for dancing with me Kenji." Riyori says with a smile across her face.

Before I could answer something happened.

"Who invited a demon to this ball?" Someone asked.

"Yeah I wondered the same." Another person says.

"Even looks like he stole some nice clothing to be here." A man says while coming closer.

The nerve of these people. To think they'd say such things about someone they know little about just pisses me off. As I'm a guest here, I won't say much yet.

"Don't listen to them Kenji, I believe you are quite an amazing person so far." Riyori says while trying to ease my nerves.

"I'm not worried about it." I respond with a bit of an annoyed voice.

"Hey demon, why don't you turn around." A man says while standing behind me.

Here I thought everyone was having a good time but now the attention seems focused one me and it's starting to piss me off. Annoyed and pissed off isn't a good combo.

So I turn around and immediately I notice the man go for a punch, but thanks to me training in fighting for so long it didn't help him.

Smack!

The sound of his punch hit my hand as I had caught his attack.

He didn't seem like some random guy though, it seemed as if he felt some sort of way about me being here. Maybe someone close to Riyori.

A man wearing a prince like outfit, long blue hair that went past his shoulders, blue eyes, and seemed to have a temper.

I'll remember this man I'm sure.

"Sakamachi what are you doing?! Riyori asks with a surprised tone in her voice.

She didn't even question that I caught his attack or anything which means I'm not in the wrong at least. I'd have expected her to keep face her and blame me.

Turning into quite the shitty ball all of a sudden.

"This filth doesn't deserve to stand by such a beautiful girl like you." He says while taking his hand back.

Must've pissed him off more when I caught his fist but it's not my problem, he decided to try and attack me. I was just raised a bit better than some snobby prince.

"He's my friend and I wanted him here." Riyori replies while giving him a cold stare.

"As cruel as ever. But that doesn't change anything, I'll win you over Riyori. Just wait." Sakamachi says before walking away.

Everyone still continued to comment about my appearance and even made me out to be the bad guy here. I'm not going to just sit here and take this, screw all this.

"Kenj-" Riyori begins to speak before I take off.

I'm sorry Riyori, I'll be back one day to hopefully add you to my harem but today is definitely not the day. So like that I went outside and looked around for my horse.

I didn't see Willow anywhere though which was strange since I remembered leaving her right here. Damn assholes!!

That was my horse and of course they let it go! I didn't think Willow would actually take off though since I've been around her for awhile now.

I sat on the steps for a moment before realizing I'd have to walk back to the manor. This is going to suck but it doesn't seem like I have much of a choice now.

Though suddenly it sounded like someone was running towards me and before I could turn around, I felt the warm embrace of someone hugging me.

"I'm sorry Kenji.." Riyori says with a saddened voice.

Ah the beautiful girl now has her chest pressed up against me, how nice.

"It's fine, sorry just a bit pissed. My horse is gone now." I reply with a bit of anger in my voice.

"Come with me quick. I'll change and then we can walk together." She says while trying to lighten the mood.

Well I'm definitely not going to complain about that.
