She was disgusted, but she could do nothing to refute her weak body. In a place where laws weren't focused on women at all, But somehow God took pity on her, and she was sold to a 21-year-old young man named Shen Yu instead. He never made any unreasonable requests and was a hardworking person. Thinking of how she grew up from rags to riches in her past life, she was determined to make something for herself and Shen Yu. Preparations

After filling thier stomach. Su Yun took the dirty dishes to kitchen.

Shen Yu and her looked at each other's eyes, curious of each other's idea.

She opened her mouth first "I was thinking of selling tofu curry and Chinese bread stickes. they are easier to make in large quantity than in a small portion. What do you say?" Her big eyes looking at him entirely.

"I trust your judgement" He gave her a resuring smile.

Her cheeks felt a little hot. She grined at his words. She took out hankerchief from her inner pocket and opened it.

There were alot of copper coins laying in it.

"Don't worry! I won't do anything irresponsibly. This is the left money after buying household needs"

Shen You nodded his head.

He suddenly moved towards thier bedroom a came back with a pouch in his hand.Placed it infront of her and open the knot on it.

There were some pieces of broken silver laying there.

"This is the only money left from my four year military service, 5 Taels of silver" he was looking at money while clenching his fists.

Su Yun held thier hands together and said "it's fine. It's more than enough."

He heart engulfed in a warm feeling.

"By the way who much in total did you earned after military service?" asked Su Yun with a question mark on her face.

"7 gold Taels"

"7 g-gold taels.. you m-mean 70 silver taels!?" Her jaw dropped and eyes opened up wide. Her heart was pounding loudly.

She was looking at him like that for a whole minute. It was hard to tell what she was thinking.

She signed helplessly.

A house in town and a donkey cart must be...very expensive....

Some minutes later, Su Yun and Shen Yu finnaly strolled towards market together along with thier donkey cart.

Unfortunately they didn't bring thier donkey cart with them to the main street.

Last time they paid extra money for going along with cart to street officer.

That could be not done today, Becouse it is only available for first three days of a week...

As for other days they are more crowded than these three days.

In order for streets to have less accidents, this rule was established according to crowd gathering of different regions and places.

They went to grocery store first to buy white flour around 40 Kg. It can be said to be all pourpose flour in ancient China. And same amount of Soyabeans. (¢200)

They also brought alot of spices, from the same shop from before. (¢250)

The owner of the grocery store was a bastard. Didn't even sent a clerk to help load heavy flour.

If the shop they went to last time, weren't in the stock of white flour. They would never have visited this guy's shop.

Poor Shen Yu had to transfer that heavy sack of flour, to cart by himself.

It was not that hard for him to carry it himself. But Su Yun bitten her lip, feeling sorrow for letting him do all the heavy work.

She made a determined goal of being rich alongside of Shen Yu in her heart. And moved her hands in a determined pose. Passerbys gave her strange glances.

We moved towards a certain destination. A carpainter store. Where Wang Liu works. Hoping to find the things we need.

Just as we entered the shop Wang Liu came in view. We went near him. He smiled at us.

"What are you guys doing here?" He said his face filled with eusthiem.

"Yes brother wang, we were hoping you could help us buying some tables and benches for a small food business" Said When Yu.

Wang Liu nodded and led towards them the place where small tables and benches were placed.

"Which one do like? This are non-carved ones per ¢60 While carved ones are ¢80. You can make custom design for same price as carved ones. A long bench costs ¢40 each."

My eyes looked around the small cute benches with carving. They were nice but weren't practical. Three rectangle non-carved benches caught my eyes.

I touched the table. It was smooth. Someone must have nicely furnished it.

"Shen Yu, what do think of this of this three?" I pointed at those three benches. Shen Yu inspected those benches and was satisfied.

However a idea popped into mind, I blurted it out for Shen Yu "what if we carve our restaurant's name Tian Sheng restaurant on the these two benches. And third one can be used in kitchen."

"It would look nice" said Shen.

He was finding some benches suitable for the table. Finally looking at six stable long benches "I like this ones, Should we buy these four?"

"They are good but why four,we only need two for customers?" I tilted my head while saying.

He shook his head and said "Two for customer sitting, one for personnel sitting and one for house's yard."

I nodded. Giving thumbs at his creative thinking.

While Wang Liu was deemed himself a third wheel besides them.

A angry voice interrupted thier conversation.

"What do you mean by, they aren't home?" Said the boss "I-Im sorry banks I didn't knew that, they would leave instead of paying the prize of the stall" said scared cleague

"You know this thing cost me ¢1800. What should do then, should I just throw it. Peddlers nowadays rather stand in sun than buy such a expensive thing!" Shouted the boss.

"B-boss..I-" that man was cutted of by Shun Yu's words "How about I buy this stall with ¢2000 Instead?"

Sh Yun felt that this scene was familiar....

Soon they paid the price for all the things they brought alongside the stall. Thankfully the owner of this shop wasn't a bastard like the grocery store's owner. And agreed to deliver the furniture to thier house.

Just one or two steps away we say place selling mils. They went there in hurry. It was already past noon and thier stomach were growling in pain.

Looking around this mil shop, I was pretty amazed. There were alot of mils here. They looked hard and heavy as hell.

Let's hope, that ox cart they saw parked outside the shop was for transporting mils.

Or thier poor donkey might die from the weight of the mil.

Journley donkeys are a fine choice, because they are much cheaper than horse and much faster than oxes and cows.

But when in comes to who can carry more weight...An Ox definitely wins.

We finally chosed a price ¢1100 mil. It felt better than others.

Our luck was good this time and shopkeeper agreed to transfer our mil for a small price.

Last left money was used to buy vegetables.

Looking at this time, I was even more penniless from last time. But this time, I actually felt good.

Maybe because this time we were spent money on things that will bring more money than we spended on it....

or the fact that we aren't complete strangers like before.....
