[A/N:I have to Morgana and Nimueh,both are beautiful and amazing characters.They could be entered instead of Lexi,Caroline or Katherine.

Also I am not going through entire 5 seasons, since that would just take too long and in this Merlin doesn't have fates's protection or otherwise known as plot armor.So he could die anytime and same for Arthur.]

Silas stole the elixir Qetsiyah prepared and took it with his lover Amara, but what these two idiots didn't know was their actions had huge repercussions.

Since the news about this whole thing got out and those in the council that was against the decision of Qetsiyah becoming immortal banded together mainly due to fear of the amount of power witches like Qetsiyah possessed to be able to create such spells.

They went cursed Qetsiyah and Silas' community of witches, who were forced to live as nomads as a side effect of the curse, unable to settle as a community for longer than a few days or perform rituals and spells in groups without risking their homes being devastated by natural disasters such as earthquakes and plagues. This curse also cut them off from Nature, so they were unable to practice traditional magic, their preferred form of witchcraft

The witches captured Amara and desiccated her,while hiding her body away in hopes of finding Silas later and find a way to undo the immortality later on.

Hearing what happened to her community an

angry Qetsiyah tracked down Silas and used her magic to petrify Silas and sealing him in a tomb in a cave on an island.

Qetsiyah wanted to take away Silas and Amara's immortality,so she also created a cure for immortality for returning these two to mortals.But her anger at Silas and Amara got the best of her.

Hadrian sighed and muttered, "It seems his love for Amara was stronger than,I thought."

While Qetsiyah glaring at the desiccated body of Silas spoke up'"If I give him and Amara the cure, both of them will die and just reunite in the afterlife and they will escape the punishment for what they did to my coven.So I will let them starve in darkness forever instead."

Hadrian shrugged since he did something similar to Dumbledore and Snape, both of them are in hell now.So he didn't blame Qetsiyah for being petty especially when she heard her relatives were also cursed,it was pure luck Qetsiyah's brother was not cursed because he had given up being a witch.

While Qetsiyah held a finger on the forehead of the decicated body of Silas and telepathically informed him that Amara was dead and even gave him a fake memory of killing her, Hadrian hearing her thoughts said"That's a pretty great way to get revenge."

Qetsiyah shrugged and replied"I want him to suffer thinking how he will never reunite with his lover in afterlife."

But Nature found a balance by creating Doppelgängers, also known as Shadow Selves or Mortal Shadow Selves, which were supernatural occurrence that were created by Nature.

After Silas and Amara became true immortals by consuming Qetsiyah's immortality elixir, they violated the natural law that all living things must die, this law could only be skipped by Hadrian or his bond mates.

Nature found a balance by creating mortal shadow selves that could die. For this reason, doppelgängers have existed for as long as immortals, having been born and died in the place of Silas and Amara.

There are only two doppelgänger "lines" that rippled throughout history, colloquially known as the Salvatore and Petrova doppelgängers.

Qetsiyah was called before the council and they asked for Silas's body.The room was square with benches rising in levels along each wall. It was made by black stone and lit by torches.The room held at least 200 people,including 50 at the far wall which had the highest rising benches.

Qetsiyah was standing in the centre of the room as one of coven leaders spoke up"Qetsiyah,we just need Silas body and to finally destroy it.Since they were not part of the agreemnent."

Qetsiyah simply didn't give a fuck and openly told them"I will make both of them suffer for eternity,also the Gemini coven instead of punishing Silas or Amara cursed my coven they had nothing to do with Amara or Silas's decision."

The majority of the coven leaders agreed with Qetsiyah,it was one thing to punish the one who did the crime.But to attack the ones who didn't have any hand in it was not right.

The Coven leader could see this was going nowhere and so he let Qetsiyah have her way at least for now.

She also created the Other side to help Lynn.

Creation of The Other Side: An ancient and powerful spell used to create an entire, worldwide, purgatorial dimension, commonly known as the Other Side. Such a spell required it to be bound by something eternal to its continued existence and as such, Qetsiyah made Hadrian become its Anchor.
