The Accomodations

Exiting the mine, Vincent addressed Eamon in front of his associates.

"Thank you for your assistance, Mr. Eamon. I will hold up my end of the bargain," Vincent said, extending his hand.

Eamon shook it firmly, relief evident in his eyes. "I appreciate that, Vincent. My people and I are grateful for your understanding."

Vincent turned to Alpha 1. "Alpha 1, arrange accommodations for Eamon and his associates. Make sure they have everything they need. It should take about fifteen minutes to set everything up. Once it's done, call them and let them know."

Alpha 1 looked a bit confused, clearly uncertain about how to proceed. Vincent caught on quickly and beckoned him to come closer.

Alpha 1 obeyed and came closer to Vincent. The moment he did, Vincent leaned forward and whispered, "I'm going to summon a house for them from the system shop. I'm sure you know it would be stupid to show those people over there my abilities, right? So play along with me."

Alpha 1 nodded, understanding now. "Yes, sir. I'll handle it."

After that, Vincent moved towards the group who were watching them curiously.

"I'm sorry for that interruption, this gentleman here is going to take care of your accommodations. Please wait here as he prepares for it."

Alpha 1 stepped forward and gave them a reassuring nod. "We'll make sure everything is comfortable for you. Please be patient."

"No problem, take your time," Eamon rubbed the back of his head in embarrassment and went on to watch Vincent and Alpha 1 move over to an odd-looking carriage.

He observed their actions, and how they opened the door and hopped on it. And seconds later, there was a slightly loud noise that came out with it, like a beast growling, and the tires began to move. Eamon's eyes widened in amazement.

"Is this some sort of magic?" Eamon asked, unable to hide his curiosity, and then found the answer himself as he observed it carefully. "No there isn't. It doesn't exude any kind of magical aura."

"This is fascinating," said another one of his colleagues. "I wonder how it moves."

"I don't know too, I haven't seen them in my entire life. Not even the dwarves, who are known for their technological prowess, have anything like this," Eamon replied, his eyes still glued to the vehicle.

Vincent and Alpha 1 drove the M-ATV Oshkosh a short distance away, out of sight of Eamon and his group. Vincent quickly accessed the system shop in his mind, selecting a prefabricated house equipped with all the necessary amenities.

[Small House (Required) - 10,000 gold coins]

[Small House - Includes 100 square meters of space, a small office, planning room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and appliances!]

Vincent confirmed the purchase, and the moment they arrived at the deforested area of Ager's Forest, the small house materialized before their eyes. It was the very first house that he purchased not long ago. And it brought a smile to his face. He wondered if the house that he had bought that day was still there or if someone found it. But he couldn't really care about it. There's nothing significant in the house.

"That should accommodate at least five people. There's twenty of them sir, 14 male and 16 female," Alpha 1 said.

"So we need to buy three houses that cost about 10,000 gold coins each to accommodate them?"

"Well...if you would look from that perspective, it would be a waste of money to use to a stranger, but think of it as an investment sir as they are living on this planet and we need to learn more about this world," Alpha 1 said

"If you put it that way, the 30,000 gold coins seemed like an investment in our future here," Vincent said thoughtfully. "Alright, let's get it done."

Vincent accessed the system shop again and quickly purchased two more small houses.

[Small House (Required) - 10,000 gold coins each]

[Gold coins remaining: 320,510 gold coins]

In a matter of moments, two additional houses materialized next to the first one, forming a small cluster of buildings. Each house was identical in size and design.

"Okay, how are we going to divide them?" Vincent asked.

"7 females in one house, the same in the other house, and the rest of the males in the last house," Alpha 1 suggested.

Vincent nodded in agreement. "Sounds fair. Let's go back and inform them."

They drove back to where Eamon and his associates were waiting.

"We've arranged your accommodations," Vincent announced. "Please follow us."

Eamon and his group followed Vincent and Alpha 1 back to the deforested area of Ager's Forest. When they arrived, the group was taken aback by the sight of the three new houses. "These houses are incredible!" Eamon exclaimed, his voice filled with awe.

"Yes, they are," Vincent agreed. "Now, let's show you around and explain how everything works. There are many things here you might not understand at first."

Vincent led them to the first house and opened the door, revealing the interior. The inside was clean and well-organized, with modern furnishings that seemed entirely alien to Eamon and

his group.

"Let's start with the basics," Vincent began. "This is the main living area. You'll find comfortable seating, and over there is the kitchen."

He walked over to the kitchen area and pointed out the appliances. "This is a refrigerator. It keeps food cold and prevents it from spoiling. To open it, just pull this handle."

Eamon tentatively reached out and pulled the handle, his eyes widening as he felt the cold air rush out. "Amazing," he murmured.

"Next, we have the stove and oven," Vincent continued. "These are used for cooking. Turn the knobs like this to adjust the heat." He demonstrated, turning the knobs to show the flame

igniting.

Moving on, Vincent showed them the bathroom. "This is the bathroom. You'll find a toilet, sink, and shower here. To use the toilet, simply press this button to flush. For the sink, turn these handles for hot and cold water."

Eamon and his group watched intently, nodding as they absorbed the information.

Vincent then led them to the bedrooms. "Each bedroom has a bed, a small closet, and a desk. The bed is for sleeping, of course. You can store your clothes in the closet and use the desk for writing or any other tasks."

He pointed to a small panel on the wall. "This controls the lights and air conditioning. Press this switch to turn the lights on and off." He demonstrated, and the room lit up and then darkened again as he flipped the switch. "For the air conditioning, use this remote to adjust the temperature. It will keep the room cool or warm, depending on what you need."

Eamon picked up the remote and pressed a button, feeling a cool breeze flow from the vents. "This is truly remarkable," he said, clearly impressed. "Like how does this work without

magic."

"Magic? So there are things like this but the mechanism is dependent on magic?" Vincent asked.

"That's correct," Eamon confirmed. "But they don't look like this at all."

"I see...well we will separate you accordingly. Obviously, a male and a female can't stay

together in a house for apparent reasons."

"There's no problem with that, Sir Vincent," Eamon said. "This will do."
