Multiverse Villain System Remake

Some of you older viewers may know this story already, this time i'm going change a lot of the story so that Dio won't be OP immediately.

For the new viewers this story is about a guy reincarnated as Dio along with his own system gaining lots of different anime powers and he goes around the Multiverse recruiting and killing both Villains/Antagonist and Hero's/Protagonist.
