As this became unbearable for Maria, she quickly rushed toward Void and took him into her embrace.

"My baby, my precious, my little prince! Calm down. There's no danger, nothing to worry about. Mama is fine, and everyone is okay here," Maria said, running her hands through Void's white, silk-like smooth hair, trying to calm him down.

Void snapped out of his daze. "Mother! You..." He realized he had been blabbering aloud. "What kind of idiot am I?" Void got back, trying to see Maria. "I'm fine, Mother. I guess the trauma hit me. Hehe! It's been years since you took me in your embrace like this." Void gave a tight hug to Maria.

"Oh, my precious, are you okay now?" Maria wiped her tears, smiling with relief.

Void nodded with his puppy-like ice crystal eyes. "She must've been so worried."

"I must know that here I am not Ajay anymore, bound to work and alone. I am Void Middletown, the side villain, and I'm not gonna die. I'm not gonna let anyone else die! I'll protect everyone! Yes, I'll protect everyone! I'll change the script of the maker."

Later, after that wild night, as everyone was not in good health because of me, we reached the capital in a very tense state. As we arrived, Miss Betty and Miss Melesa, mothers of Cassey and Rubianna, were thanking me like crazy.

They even invited me to their place for lunch. Well, Vivi missed this, hehe. I think Miss Betty is just trying to keep me close so that when the time comes, she can use me. I can't trust a villainess's mother. She is really a woman who can do anything for her child.
