"Are you here to kidnap me?" the girl pushed forth another question. Avina barely had time to answer before the girl said, "Well, too bad, I'm not going to go obediently."
The sneer strengthened the cold lines crossing the girl's face. A small pair of glasses topped the bridge of her nose and the sharp glint of the glasses blurred her frosty eyes. Her lips hung loosely in a sneer before falling flat into an unexpressive flat smile.
Avina furrowed her brows. Intentional or not, she discovered something in the girl's words. One, Jasper wanted her and he would never want someone if they were useless. That's what she discovered about the other girl on the monitor. Jasper kept her by his side and at first glance, it seemed he was pampering her because he indulged her arrogant whims. In reality, Jasper never got close to the girl and neither would his face warm up a single degree near her. His eyes would freeze over whenever she was in sight.
