23 The Library of Knowledge

FLAKE CITY,

Northern Federation.

Dressed in a black armor made of dark energy and a black cloak that fluttered in the cold and harsh wind, Tenebris stood at the top of a very tall stone tower in his castle. From the top of the tower, he could see the whole of Flake City from a bird's eye view.

It was a very cold city filled with snow and the people who lived there were mostly villagers who were into the business of buying and selling ice.

Compared to the other cities, Flake City was lagging behind in development and that was the more reason why Tenebris was curious as to why the strongest mage on Earth would establish a magic academy in the city.

Rising Stars Magic Academy, the biggest and most advanced building in Flake City owned by Jack Snow.

After his first attack on the academy (Ch. 4), they boosted their defence so much that Tenebris couldn't even walk close to the barrier without getting hit or shocked by magic attacks.

'That bastard! Since I moved here, I haven't been able to feel his presence. He seems to have gone into hiding.... but how long can he hide, I won't leave this realm till I kill him! After all, I have an eternity to find Regie's power..'

With these thoughts, he sent another wave of blue energy from his body to search for Jack.

.....

Meanwhile, In an underground facility under the Rising Stars Magic Academy.

The Library of Knowledge,

The Library of Knowledge was an underground building filled with nothing but floating white stars of different sizes. These stars were called the 'knowledge stars' and they belonged to the Snow family, a family that had guarded the Library of Knowledge from external exploiters since time immemorial.

The Library was very important and sacred because those stars contained the knowledge of the secrets of the multiverse.

There were two laws that guided the use of the stars in the library of Knowledge which were;

1. One can not touch more than one knowledge star at once.

2. One can not touch more than more than five knowledge stars in a day.

Any body who violated any of these rules would be wiped out of existence... Even if it was a clone.

Jack 2 was holding one of those stars in his right palm with his Sunōai activated, his expression was like that of someone in a trance.

He was searching for any information concerning Tenebris and Green and was transferring any information he got instantly to Jack 1's brain.
