Has a Domain, a certain area around oneself where you are completely aware of any and everything.

Can turn off his senses and use his gut to guess what is going to happen, doesn't rely on outside factors to make his decisions, so technically makes his reaction speed in the negative.

able to not only use himself and the environment to his advantage but also the enemy's attacks themselves.

-Ascension Realm

one can use combat techniques in every movement.
