There was the beginning of a wall beginning to appear around the van and a small portion of the surrounding area. It was a black wall, made of menacing blocks from another realm, the Nether. The wall was only half my height, but it would be built up until it got Dream's attention, until it took up space in this land.
"What are we going to call this place?" I wondered aloud. Tommy, Tubbo and Niki who were nearby, working on the wall, turned to me. They seemed to all think at the same time, cogs moving in their brain in synchrony.
"Well since we have no women – no Niki, you do not count," Tommy declares, "Mantopia!"
"Or Manburg?" Eret says, hopping over the wall into our land. His armour reflected the sun into my eyes,
"Eret, armour off, you know the rules," I sit and think, "Manburg…"
We sit there and start to grin like idiots at each other, finally a name to put to a nation as beautiful as this.
I hear footsteps on the other side of the wall. It seems we were finally getting attention.
"Hello, Dream." I turn, regarding the man we were currently rebelling against. He begins to step inside our new nation's borders.
"Woah, Woah." I smirked, "that's our land you're about to be trespassing on."
"Your land?" Dream stops and looks dead at me. Challenging me. So, with more confidence than I had in our last interaction, I proclaim,
"Yes, you see Dream, a small group of people and I have decided that we are done living under your rule. We decided that we will be claiming a piece of land, not so much that you will be at a loss. So, this is your formal notice." I smiled warmly but accepted his challenge and challenged him right back.
"Ok," Dream leans in, his mask not far from my own face, "What happens if we, the Dream SMP, decide to take our land back?"
I looked at him, mustering up courage even though this man was the most dangerous man in the land. I didn't answer, I was not giving up a nation I just created. Tommy, Tubbo, Niki, and Eret stand and rally behind me. If I had a camera, it would be a great picture, I'm sure.
"Well then," Dream stands up straighter, fixing his clothes and straightening his mask. "Are you ready to take some L's?"
"L… I like that" I say looking at my friends behind me, "Welcome, Dream, to our wonderous nation. L'Manburg."

"How do these look, Will?" Jack grins at me, showing off some uniforms. They had navy jackets over white shirts with golden shoulder pad with tassels, epaulettes, and a navy hat to go with it. White pants, that are tailored to fit, and knee-high brown boots and a red sash tied around the waist cover the bottom half. Niki's jacket is a lavender purple, per her request. I smiled at the uniforms and I was filled with pride.
"It's all coming together, Jack" I murmur. I look down at the young man, into his glasses that are coloured red and blue, and grinned. "Get all these out to our fellow L'Manburgians."
We both looked back to the uniforms. I pat him on the shoulder, complimenting his art and grab my uniform. We'll look great in these.

I look down at my little red head son on the floor, his fox ears wiggling. He squeaks, like a fox which is how he was named the 'fox boy'. The 14-year-old draws a picture of a man with three eyes and a super long mouth. I smile as the L'Manburg flag flaps in the wind behind him, out of the window.
"What are you drawing, bud?" I ask, smiling at the joy on his face. The stuttering and rambling as he talks about a man called Wilbur who saves people with the laser that comes out of his third eye is adorable. I nod, like it was a masterpiece. Fundy was such a creative kid, so much potential. Sure, he didn't act his age, but he's never had another kid to be like, to interact with.
"Wilbur!" I hear Eret yelling my name. I get up and poke my head out of the door, and call to Niki to supervise Fundy. I step out to greet Eret over at the unfinished wall.
"Dad?" I hear Fundy plead, "Don't go."
"I'll be back Fundy. Don't worry."
