Teacher Noctis, Caught {2}

Lumine

I was currently sat, meditating of the cold floor of the Fortress of Meropide. I've only been focusing on Noctis' regeneration technique, however, I felt like I've made no progress at all. Before I could continue trying to control energy flowing through my blood, I heard Sigewinne's voice.

"Oh? Hello Lumine." She said with a smile and then walked away towards Noctis, most likely to discuss his medication and how he shouldn't get into any fights for a while.

While Sigewinne and Noctis discussed his discharge, I continued to focus on practice the regeneration technique. So far, I'd been successful in getting the Electro into my blood steam, but nothing more...

However, before I could make any progress Noctis' voice drew me from my thoughts. "I'm being discharged, we should leave so we don't take up too much space." I opened my eyes and stood up from the cold metal floor.

"Arlight, let me just wake up Paimon..." I slowly walked over to one of the infirmary beds were Paimon had decided to take a nap.

Noctis

Lumine, Paimon and I had made our way out of the Fortress of Meropide. I suppose I should ask if Lumine needs a space where she can continue training, if she's not busy I can take her over to the inn Arlecchino and I have moved into.

"Hey Lumine?" we continued walking but both Paimon and her look towards me showing they were listening. "Do you want to continue training the regeneration right now?"

Paimon and Lumine both looked to each other contemplating something and then answered. "Well, we should check on Neuvilette and the Kiara situation.." I waved them off.

"Neuvilette will be fine, trust me. He is a Sovereign after all." When I finished talking Paimon also spoke up. "If Arlecchino is there Paimon's down. Last time we saw her she had some pretty nice snacks out."

Both Lumine and I deadpanned Paimon who nervously laughed in response.

"Ignoing Paimon, I'm sure you're right. So, why not."

With Lumine's agreement I began to walk in the direction of the Inn. We walked quite a ways away from the main parts of the court of Fontaine and into the more secluded, richer areas.

"Are you sure you're going the right way because to Paimon these all look it a bit expensive." I laughed and responded shortly after.

"The fatui has enough funding for a bit of luxury." Lumine nodded and looked towards Paimon, "Do you not remember how much money Childe was throwing away."

"He's just stupid." I quickly responded, "Not all harbingers throw away their money."

"Or maybe he's just getting funds from his pot of gold." Lumine added getting a small laugh from me.

After a short walk through Fontaine we eventually arrived at the main door of the Inn Arlecchino and I stayed in. I knocked on the door so that Arlecchino knew we were here.

The door slowly creaked open and Arlecchino stood in the door way. "Noctis I see you've been discharge." Her face carried a mischievous smile and I blushed remembering the last time we spoke.

"I see you've also brought The Traveller and Paimom." I cleared my throat and the shook the thoughts from my mind. "Yes, I offered to train Lumine in one of my techniques and she needs a quiet place to practice." Arlecchino look towards the two of then and smiled.

"And Paimon is here for snacks!" the floating balloon spoke up causing Arlecchino to laugh. "I think I have a few sweets and such I can share." She then moved from the doorway and gestured us inside.

"I believe the living room should be a suitable and quiet place for your training." I said as I turned my gaze, to focus on Lumine. "Follow me, I'm sure Paimon and Arlecchino will be busy in the kitchen for a moment." Lumine simply nodded and followed behind me as I walked through the large inn and into the living room.

I gestured to the sofa, where Lumine could sit and meditate comfortably. She took her seat and before going into a meditative position she spoke. "Thanks for helping me." I smiled in response and walked towards the kitchen, as I did I walked past Paimon, who was going to the living room. She had a plate full of different sweets and cakes.

"Make sure you're quiet. Lumine is trying to focus." Paimon attempted to respond however she just spat out a bunch of cake and sweets and her words were beyond jumbled so instead she just gave a thumbs up and continued to float into the living room.

I entered the kitchen and looked towards Arlecchino, she instantly locked eyes with me, however, I found it hard to keep eye contact without blushing.

'I'm supposed to be a Sovereign, but I feel like a high school girl trying to talk to their crush...' I thought to myself with an exaggerated tear.

"So? How are your wounds, my dear." The last part of her sentence hit my ears like the sound of a gong. In an instant the crimson blush on my face seemed to double. "Oh my? What's this? The great Sovereign can't deal with a little teasing."

I looked down to the floor, not able to make eye-contact. The sound or her heels clacking on the floor, the only signal telling me she was coming closer. I quickly looked up to she what she was planning. A teasing smile was plastered across her face as she leaned in, placing a passionate kiss onto my lips.

As I attempted to retreat, her touch held me in place. The intensity of her kiss left me breathless, her hand on my face anchoring me to the moment. She persisted, her gentle insistence parting my lips as her tongue sought mine, an undeniable invasion that left me captivated.

Our tongues danced together, intertwining in a sensual and passionate embrace. It was a captivating battle of dominance that left us both breathless.

With an insatiable lust, she delved deep into the recesses of my mouth, claiming it as her own. Her tongue danced and intertwined with mine, leaving no corner unexplored.

We slowly parted, a glistening bridge of saliva held our tongues together. She smiled before once more leaning in closer, but before she could continue and high-pitch voice rang from behind causing both of us to quickly look to the kitchen door.

"Uh! Paimon is very sorry!" my eyes widened as I saw the small floating humanoid in the door frame, she was covering her eyes and looking away. "Paimon just ran out of cake and came to get some more! Paimon didn't mean to intrude!"

Realising Paimon probably saw a lot more than she wanted my whole face turned a dark, deep-red. I looked back to Arlecchino who licked her lips in a flirtatious manner before speaking.

"Why don't you go calm her down." I cleared my throat and calmed myself down before speaking, a single word.

"Fine.." I walked out of the kitchen and towards the living room. When I entered the room I saw Paimon sitting on the sofa adjacent to Lumine, who was still meditating.

Paimon, upon catching sight of me, had a noticeable look of nervousness and embarrassment. She shuffled uncomfortably in her seat and spoke without making eye contact.

"Paimon really didn't mean to intrude.." I gave her a soft smile and responded. "I know you didn't." Paimons expression shifted from embarrassment to a pout.

"Paimon thinks you should not do such things when you have a guest over!" Paimon shouted which causes Lumine to shuffle. I slowly looked in Lumine's direction with an anxious expression, I quickly put my hand on my lips to shush Paimon.

Lumine opened her eyes and from her reaction, it seemed I had shushed Paimon just in the nick of time.

"Oh? I'm sorry have you both been waiting?" Paimon's expression was giving away that she was nervous and I had to focus Lumine's attention on me so Paimon wouldn't spill anything.

"No, we've just been enjoying some snacks made by Arlecchino." Lumine smiled and responded, "that's good then."

"Anyway how is your progress?" I asked Lumine who thought to herself before speaking. "I've been successful in getting the Electro into my blood, but I can't fully circulate it around my body yet." I exaggerated shock and surprise widening my eyes.

"That's incredible!" Lumine smiled and asked, "Am I learning fast?" without hesitation I quickly answered. "Insanely fast!"

'I don't know actually since I've never taught this to anyone... Doesn't matter I need to keep her focus away from Paimon. She's a weak link when it comes to hiding her feelings...' I thought to myself while feigning a proud smile to Lumine.

To my dismay Lumine looked towards Paimon and then back to me, "Why does she look so... shell-shocked." I quickly responded, "she ate a lot of cake, I'm sure it's just a sugar rush."

"Of course..."  She said while looking at Paimon with disappointment. She looked back towards me, "Where's Arlecchino." I chocked on my own saliva after hearing her question.

From behind I heard the familiar clack of high-heels. Her sweet, cold and commanding voice resounded in my soul and I instantly felt a shock of heat pass through my face.

"I'm right here." I turned around to see Arlecchino standing in the doorway. She quickly glanced to me and gave me a seductive wink and a smirk. This did not go unnoticed by Lumine, at all.

"Is something going on between the two of you."

I instantly responded "No!" but at the same time she responded, "Yes"

Lumine narrowed her eyes and gave us both a smirk, "Mind telling me what's going on." I rapidly shook my head but Arlecchino spoke up retaining her mischievous smile.

"Why don't you ask Paimon." My eyes widened and Lumine realising Paimon knew something quickly turned to her asking, "Paimon~ tell me what happened."

Paimon instantly broke down under the pressure blabbing everything at Insanely high speeds at an Insanely high-pitch. Arlecchino listened with a prideful smile while I listened with my head in my hands, covering a deep scarlet blush.

"Wow! I didn't know you to already got that far." Lumine stopped and evil smile spread across her lips. "Noctis, what a hypocrite you are, embarrassing me with Childe when you too have your own love life.

I was too busy blushing to register what she said, but the sharp Arlecchino caught it and instantly responded with her own attack.

"Oh my Lumine.. You admit to Childe being a part of your love life?" Lumine seemed confused and then realised what she said, swiftly a blush even deeper crimson then mine formed on her face. "I didn't admit anything!"

"Paimon! I think it's time we go! We should probably talk to Neuvilette and ask how the Kiara case is going!"

I heard Lumine's quick footsteps and the slam of our front door. I removed my head from my hands and looked up at Arlecchino who had a prideful smile carved into her expression.

"Thank god they're gone.. I was gonna die from embarrassment..."  I said causing Arlecchino to feign sadness.

"In all fairness.. you can't just start passionately kissing me when we have guests over." I exclaimed causing Arlecchino to smirk.

"But you liked it though?" Her tone was more telling then asking but I still answered. "No!? Of course I didn't?" at my response she raised an eyebrow, "Uh-Huh sure you didn't."

"I honestly didn't!" I said argued with a pout, "Then how come you were kissing back huh?"

My expression darkened instantly, "No comment..."

'I just hope Lumine doesn't tell anything to Neuvilette... having your little brother know about your love life sounds terrible...' I thought to myself with a shiver.
