Chapter 14

"That was good, "Lisa says as Genora lazily waking up.

"Mhmm," she answers back while rubbing her eyes.

"It's like you were a were a different person last night, I guess you finally comfortable with me now," Lisa says while trailing kisses down her neck and to her lips.

"Mhmm," Genora says as she kisses her back. The couple continues on kissing for a few minutes and as things start getting heating again, Genora stops to check her phone. A message from James and a missed call from her dad. She checks the time and says

"I would love to continue this but I have to go to campus now," she says as she is getting up. Lisa pouts," Can't you skip today and I don't know maybe we can spend the day together?" she asks.

"Sorry baby but I got a test for my accounting module, oh and do you mind if I use your makeup?"

Lisa looks at Genora with a confused look," Since when do you put on makeup?"

"Well I've been looking at youtube tutorial lately and I want to look good for you baby," she says gives her a quick kiss the lips and walks to her bathroom to get her makeup. Lisa on cloud nine does not question if further but instead assumes that she was just getting comfortable and trying something new.

"Oh and I'm having brunch with my father tomorrow, do you want to come?" she asks while coming out of the bathroom with the makeup.

'"uhh...Yea sure..." she hesitantly answers.

"What's wrong, do you not want to come?" Genora asks knowingly.

"Uhm no, of course, I want to come, Im just a bit nervous that your dad is going to be there haha," she says nervously.

"I thought you and my dad were okay with each other-unless something happened?"

"No-oo, nothing happened...Im just a bit nervous since this will be the official first time we will be eating together"

"Alright, I will see you later" Genora says and heads to her room to get ready. In her room she browsers through her own clothes

"No, no and no, we are definitely getting new clothes today" she murmurs to herself, throwing countless of her normal clothes on the bed. As she exits the res she heads to the mall.

James answers his call as he closes the door behind him of his apartment."Hello brother"

"Hey James, just calling to ask if we still watching that game in a few?"

"Yes come through, I got a few beers after I wrote my test, "He says as he lays on the couch.

"I'll be right there" his brother replies and hangs up.

James decides to open a can of beer and watch the tv as he waits for his brother. He hears a knock on the door and takes it that, that's his brother. As he opens the door he is surprised to instead see an extraordinarily beautiful and seductive young woman: she has an oval face with the bone structure, a wealth of brown shoulder cut curly hair with a strip of red highlight at the front left; almond-shaped, deep brown eyes with thick dark lashes. She sports a fitted black lace dress that is sensual without revealing too much. Her accessories are simple and black, as the dress is meant to be the standout piece. James stares in surprise, "Can I help you?" he asks.

"You don't recognise me?", the woman asks as she twirls. Immediately James recognises the voice.

"Genora?" James asks looking her up and down-astonished by the sight in front of me.

"The one and only, she says as she enters the apartment.

"Why the sudden change?"James asks as he closes the door behind him.

"I was feeling sexy" she simply says as she walks to the living room.

James was still in shock, the small timid girl he once knew was now seemingly fierce and bold- he couldn't recognise her anymore.

"Genora...are you okay?"James asks worriedly. Genora rolls her eyes and put one foot over the other. She simply takes off her heels and places her legs on the table.

"Where have you been, I've been trying to reach you and I didn't see you on campus for the test?"

"Do You Have Any Idea What It's Like To Run In Heels? I Have Blisters, James"

"Genora...I've been worried about you, you left without saying anything. I've been trying to reach you"

"I know, but Im here now arent I?"

"So...-"James is interrupted by a knock on the door.

"Expecting someone?" she asks with a frown

"Yes, my brother"

Surprised, Genora asks-"You have a brother?"

"Yes his name is Scott," James says as he heads for the door to answer. Genora notices something pink peaking under the couches and reaches for it.

James opens the door and embraces a man of somewhat the same height. His built leaner, paler and has less of a masculine face than his brother. His eyes are sensuous and radiant like a pure diamond with a hint of sky blue, which captures Genora's attention. He is undeniable a true gentleman with a pleasant and respectable persona judging from how he held himself.

Holding the piece of material, Genora gets up to greet Scott as she hides it behind her back.

"mhmm, the cute ones here" Genora comments as she extends her hand to greet Scott and he kisses the back of it which makes her smirk. James by this interaction is enraged and moves towards Genora to hold her by the waist.

"Scott this is Genora my girl" he states which makes Genora scoff. "You have a beautiful girlfriend James," Scott says as they move to the living room to sit.

There is silence for a while but Scott breaks the silence by clearing his throat." So, I didn't know my little brother had a girl now, he is more of a wild card" Scott says

"Wild card?' Genora asks as she folds her arms, hiding the material.

"Yea he is what you call a player"

"Well but ever since I met you, I decided to change my ways" James intervenes.

"Oh really?" Genora says as she holds up a pink G-string with her left hand, making James's eyes widen in shock as the colour drains from his eyes.
