Disappear

He appears beside Lord Shadow Shaper Apollo with lightning-fast reflexes and slashes with his sword while aiming at the neck for a quick and clear kill. 

His attack was ruthless—not like a kid who didn't see the world.

Lord Shadow's expression became grave, and the runic circle behind him glowed with an eerie aura. 

Instantly, from beneath the shadow, spikes appeared, trying to penetrate Apollo. But this time was different, although the speed of this attack was fast and unpredictable.

Apollo's sixth sense has now developed an extremely high state, and early on, he felt the danger.

He quickly moved and easily avoided the spikes from beneath. But after this attack, he didn't stop but attacked more vigorously, and used the low-level skill 'Ice Cut' and slashed to cut the enemy ahead.

Feeling the dangerous aura from Apollo, Shadow Lord quickly used all his strength to hastily create a shield between them, as Apollo didn't seem to give him any time to adjust.

Apollo's sword was glowing with a white and silvery aura while radiating a soul-freezing aura that seemed to be from another world.

The aura also shocked Lord Shadow Shaper, as he also felt a very dangerous aura from it. His body already started freezing when it still hadn't made contact with it.

The temperature around them dropped tremendously, making even his energy flow slower, which resulted in Apollo's attack easily penetrating his magic shield and cutting a deep wound on his right shoulder.

Shadow Shaper burst with strong and multiple shadow tentacles and attacked Apollo, forcing him to back off.

Apollo quickly moved back, feeling a little annoyed by these shadows, as they were fast and unpredictable, making them difficult to defend against.

But still, his attack worked, and he had done some additional damage to the enemy ahead. His soul-chilling life force also should have entered the Shadow Shaper's body, and now it is a matter of time before his defeat.

On the other side, as Apollo expected, Lord Shadow's body was shaking because of the chilling energy that had entered his body. He is already injured badly, and now the cold life enters his body like a tiger with wings, damaging his internal organs.

In Lord Shadow Shaper's mind, thoughts of running away start to appear, as he can feel that if this battle continues, he might really die.

As Lord Shadow was hesitating, Apollo on the other side noticed this moment of gap as his chance.

Lord Shadow Shaper, after his moment of distraction, noticed this feeling of graveness as the dangerous white mist came closer to him.

But just as he moved, he felt heaviness as his legs seemed to have frozen in ice, delaying his movement.

The runic magic circle glowed, and from the earth beneath him, a thin veil-like sheet of shadow came out, covering him the moment the mist covered him.

The mist, travelled for hundreds of meters, freezing everything in its path. It's like the surroundings have changed to a frozen hell where no life can survive.

Slowly, the mist disappeared, and the ice started to shatter and dissipate in heaven and earth.

"Did I get him?"

Apollo, remaining alert, slowly walked towards the frozen shadow shaper, who was covered in a dark shadow sheet. 

He was not sure as his enemy was very strong, and usually, it would be difficult for him to defeat such a powerful person. But the person now was seriously injured, and he was also affected by his ice-cold life force, so he thought he had some chance.

As he came close, small, fine cracks started to appear in the veil of shadow.

But the situation he hoped to see didn't happen because behind the veil there was nobody, as it was empty without the figure of Lord Shadow.

Apollo was surprised to see how he disappeared in front of him without him being able to notice anything.

His senses were very sharp; he didn't feel any energy fluctuation or anything suspicious, but still, the person vanished in front of him.

He looked around a bit but didn't find anything, so he quickly left the place without wasting more time to find a way to leave this place, as his grandpa should be getting anxious because of the accident.

On the other side, the Master Aaron group and the Fletcher family, remaining soldiers with Baron William, came out of the ruins. That last burst of otherworldly aura terrified them, so they quickly ran and came out of the ruins.

While most of them were glad they came out, Baron William was not feeling good at all. He is filled with regret for bringing his grandson to this perilous place. He should have known better than to expose him to such danger.
