The Battle of Hundrels

Emily, Ashton, Troye, and the others arrived at the lockdown building when Kithe and Demian arrived to meet them. The entrances were closed using strong metal gates. Actually, the whole building was covered even the glass windows.

"They might be stuck in here," Ashton uttered while staring at the building. He looked at Troye and said, "Can you connect with them?"

Troye shook his head in response. "No, I can't. In fact, I can't sense any conscious people inside the building as if no was there," he explained while squinting his eyes.

"It's impossible that they already evacuated that instant," Kithe uttered in a serious tone.

"Exactly my thoughts," Ashton replied while nodding his head.
