The early evening air in New Haven carried a sense of urgency and purpose as the community began preparing for the days ahead. George had barely left the courtyard when Lucy caught up with him, a glimmer of excitement in her eyes.
"Hey, I've been thinking more about the bestiary idea," she said, her voice low but enthusiastic. "We need to get Akari on board right away. She's brilliant with details, and her art could help us identify creatures even if they mutate."
George nodded, his mind already spinning with ideas. "You're right. This bestiary could be more than just a record, it could be a survival guide. We document everything: strengths, weaknesses, behaviors. It'll give us an edge."
