Her identity and how she came to be in the position she was in were like something out of a novel. However, since he had a literal system, Xavier struggled to believe that anything was impossible. Meanwhile, the history behind how the organisation she was in charge of came to be was interesting, to say the least.

The Skull Crusher Gang, a motorcycle gang that her father formed as a youth in the early 80s, was based in Las Vegas. It started off as a group of friends who all had motorcycles and wanted to protect their neighbourhood. Then, in the span of a couple of years, it grew into a revered gang that oversaw a large chunk of the city.
