Chapter 1

Everything is on fire and screams can be heard everywhere. In the middle of the chaos, Bjorn the hero of the kingdom Lexquad and his comrades are standing against the Demon King. Bjorn starts to run to the Demon King his sword bursts into white and blue flames. He brings his sword up and slashes the demon across the chest. The Demon King lets out an ear-piercing roar as he falls to the ground his body bursting into flames and disintegrating as it goes. Bjorn falls to one knee his sword being the only thing keeping him from completely falling down.

"We won guys we won," he cheers but as he turns around he feels a stabbing pain in his stomach. He looks down and sees a sword piercing through him. As he looks up he sees his second-in-command holding the sword with the rest of the group smiling behind him. As the world turns black he hears them chuckle. " We do not want you anymore. You are too powerful and both the people and the gods fear you. They will praise us for getting rid of you and the Demon King. No one needs to know you dealt the final blow. Goodbye Bjorn Hero of no one."

The world is fully black after those words and the only thought he has as he takes his last breath is WHY, why after sacrificing everthing love, family, friendship, a home, why do you betray me.
