Chapter 48 – At the Vacation House

Later, Pablo's car had arrived at the vacation house in accordance to the address, and Masayuki and the others get off, before Pablo would turn off the car's engine and get off. Tohru and the others had just arrived before them.

Upon hearing the car pulling over, Tohru, Kyo, and Yuki looked at them, only to see that Masayuki, Emiko, Handa, Tohru's male cousin, and Pablo had come, despite her male cousin not liking her and Masayuki and Emiko's presence.

"Cous?" Tohru said to her male cousin.

But her male cousin didn't looked at her, and he just looked at the exterior of the vacation house.

"What is that brat doing here?" Kyo asked. What he meant is Tohru's male cousin.

And then, Pablo stepped in and responded, "He's here to destress and relax."

Tohru, Kyo, and Yuki then glanced at Pablo, and Tohru said to him, "Uncle?"

"Hi, Tohru, how are you?" Pablo greeted in response. "How's your life with your friends?"

"Oh, I'm fine, uncle," replied Tohru back. "Did Masa-kun…?"

Smiling at her, Pablo responded, "Yes, he told about your new life to me, and I'm okay with that."

Then, Masayuki ran towards Tohru and gave her a deep hug with care and love, greeting, "Good morning, Tohru-chan! We're here!"

"Oh, hey, Masa-kun," Tohru greeted back.

Masayuki then discharged from hugging while Emiko was holding the tote bag and Handa carrying a backpack.

"Hi there, Masayuki-kun," Yuki greeted.

"Good morning, Yuki-senpai," Masayuki greeted back.

Tohru's male cousin got annoyed by his younger half-brother's honorific towards Yuki.

"Good morning, Tohru-chan," Emiko greeted.

"Morning, senpai!" Handa added while waving his hand towards Tohru for a few seconds.

Tohru then noticed the tote bag, and she asked Masayuki, "What's in that bag?"

Masayuki then glanced at the tote bag, before glancing back at Tohru, Kyo, and Yuki, and answered back, "That's food and some water just in case we get hungry and thirsty."

"You brought some food?" Yuki asked back.

"Yeah, that'll be fried porkchops, sushi rolls, and some rice," Masayuki replied back, "as well as some Danish cookies and rice cakes."

"Wow, that was a lot," Kyo commented.

"Yes, I cared for you, guys, of course," Masayuki responded with a smile.

And so, all of them went into the house via the front door. The day was sunny.
