Amalia and Kenny Lin searched every corner and finally accepted the truth.
The door couldn't be fixed.
Once installed, it would collapse at the slightest breeze.
In frustration, Kenny Lin threw the door to the ground.
"We're not fixing it," he said.
Amalia looked at him, her eyes were gloomy.
Kenny Lin pondered for two seconds, "We'll fix it tomorrow."
That was more like it.
Amalia reluctantly nodded her head in agreement.
They chose another room to stay in for the night.
The next morning, they went to the management hall to ask for tools to repair the door frame.
Of course, they didn't mention they needed them for that purpose.
Unlike with others they encountered, the steward was particularly respectful to them.
