Hunting

Quin cursed under his breath he was so busy trying to not leave any blood on the floor that he had forgotten about his clothes. "Are you ok" said Annabeth, looking worried. "Yah I'm fine I was just out here getting some fresh air and I was attacked by some sort of beast what are you doing here?" said Quin, eyeing Annabeth very closely. If he felt that she was lying for even a second he would have gotten rid of her since his ability didn't work on people with strong intelligence. He was also already at his limit and couldn't use mind control again for a while. His best choice was to attack quickly before she even had time to react. "Actually something very embarrassing happened to me with Me.Han while we were in the training arena" she said as her face turned red. " I came out to clear my head when I heard someone and when I came here and there you were covered in blood," said Annabeth.

Quin relaxed she hadn't seen him thankfully. It would have been a pain to kill 2 people on the first day of school. There was still a problem the body wasn't fully buried yet and he couldn't afford to let her see.

"How about you go back to school and I will hunt that beast down. It would be a pain if it came now I wouldn't be able to defend the both of us" Quin said smiling at her.

" But your hurt I can't leave you like this what if something happens" said Annabeth.

"Don't worry about me and go" said Quin in an agitated tone so she would understand and leave.

"Fine" she finally said and left. However Quin had to make sure so he quietly followed her to make sure she went back. After he saw her go in, Quin immediately went back to the site where buried Mr.Han.

"Bye Bye" Mr.Han said Quin as he finally fully buried Mr.Han.

As Quin was walking back he heard another sound again. " Didn't I tell you to go back" yelled Quin in an agitated voice as he turned around. To his surprise it wasn't Annabeth but it was a beast that looked like a hybrid mix between a wolf and a tiger. " My day can't get any worse can it" said Quin as the beast lounged forward bearing its teeth into Quinn's shoulder.
