I am currently standing in a desolate area. The guards blindfolded me and dumped me here on the King's orders. There are many houses, shops, and unknown buildings with no one in them. The remnants of the once-thriving community now stand in eerie silence, their walls and roofs completely scorched, bearing the scars of a catastrophic event that has long passed.
"Did a wildfire occur here?" I mutter as I start walking towards a narrow street, the desolation seeping into my thoughts as I reminisce about my life and current fate.
I don't even know anything about this world. Heck, I don't have any talent. The damned orb called me a leech from another world. As if that's not enough, it also called my talent trash. Assuming I had some sort of powers like Okun and the rest, it would have been much better. I would have been able to woo any girl of my choice and sleep on their meat pillows every night. Sigh... Sucks to have big-for-nothing balls.
Suddenly, I stop in front of a very tall building, my eyes fixed on the stairs that I suspect lead to the top floor.
Without hesitating, I begin to climb the stairs. After climbing for about five minutes, I feel my body weakening, and my stomach rumbling. But I don't give up; I continue to climb.
After what seems to be about ten minutes, I finally pop out of an open space, at the very top of the building.
Walking to the edge of the building, I stop. Since I was unfortunate enough to get caught in Okun's and Mika's bullshit, I should continue what I started. But...
If I am given the opportunity to get my revenge, I will make Okun's life so miserable for everything he has done to me. I won't kill him, but I'll make him experience hell over and over again. And as for Mika, I will turn her into my Cum dumpster. But well... This is nothing but a wish that can't come true.
Shaking my head, I take a step forward and fall from the top of the building with my eyes closed as I embrace death.
Here it comes...
Bam!
My head suddenly strikes the ground with a powerful force, digging a hole in the earth. My body falls flat on the ground as well, but contrary to my expectations, I don't die. In fact, I can still see the bright sky.
Is this a joke? The only thing I feel now is nothing but pain, excruciating pain in my head.
I try to move my hands and notice that I can move them freely.
Eh...
Getting up, I touch my head and feel a massive bump swelling at the side of my head.
In shock, I bend down and tap the concrete on which I slammed my head, finding it much stronger than that of Earth. It's about twice as strong.
"W-What's this...?"
In a panic, I climb the stairs and jump again, but I don't die.
"Ahh.... Fuck my balls, am I hallucinating?" I mutter as I climb the steps to jump again.
*Jumps the third time*
*Jumps the fourth time*
*Jumps the fifth time*
*Jumps the tenth time, but nothing happens*
____________________________________________________________
Right now, my head is full of bumps and my body is full of wounds. I jumped from the building ten good times, yet, I didn't die. Heck, I stabbed myself with a spear-head I saw on the rooftop, but it didn't penetrate my body. It only left wounds, excruciating wounds.
I am now glancing at a small town that I didn't notice earlier from the rooftop that I have been leaping from. From the look of things, there are many people and houses there. The sun is also casting a warm glow over the quaint structures, giving the town an alluring appearance. As I continue to observe the scene, I notice that the excruciating pain keeps getting unbearable and it doesn't seem like I am going to die soon.
Suddenly, I notice a strange wisp of light floating in the air. It has been flying around me for a while now, and I noticed that it seems to be following me for some reason. Is this some sort of creature?
Out of curiosity, I decide to touch the wisp of light. On a normal day, I wouldn't want to mess around with something I have no idea about, but at this point, nothing even phases me anymore. Stretching my index finger forward, I poke the wisp of light. To my utmost surprise, the wisp bursts into many particles of light, disappearing as if it never existed.
As I am about to shift my gaze, I suddenly notice a status window floating in front of my eyes. No matter how much I turn my head, it won't go away.
"It's similar to what appeared when Lance was checking out talents. But this one is a bit weird," I mutter, reading the content displayed above. Even though the characters being displayed are not a language I understand, I can read it for some reason, just the way I was able to understand the language King Heskel spoke.
[Ding!]
[Uther, the fallen god of deception and pleasure, offers to impart his powers to you. Do you accept?]
[Yes] <or > [No]
Reading the contents of the window, I remain puzzled for a few seconds, completely short of words. Is my golden finger finally here? But this is just too good to be true, or am I being deceived?
Suddenly, as if something sparks inside me, I don't hesitate to select the Yes option.
"Hell yeah!"
[You have accepted the offer. Your body will go through some changes. Brace yourself for what's about to come.]
The air around me starts to shimmer, and I feel a surge of energy coursing through my veins. It's an indescribable sensation, a mix of warmth and power. As the changes unfold, I notice my wounds slowly healing, and the pain that had recently been my constant companion begins to fade away.
