Royal visit

Princess Mona is an adorable, kind-hearted, and joyful girl. Petite, and flamboyant, she is wearing a blue silk gown with a silver tiara. She had a red phoenix flower drawn in the middle of her forehead.

Queen Aliyah and Crown Prince Noel never spend much time with her. They find her immature and never get along well with her. She always convinces her mother and brother not to do evil deeds.

Princess Mona is not interested in an arranged marriage. She shook her head to disagree and ran to her father, King George to embrace him. King George dotted her. She is the candy of his eyes.

Olena voice out during the gathering, "Father, I would like to invite you to visit the research institute. The citizens gathered there every day. I hope you will meet up with them."

King George nodded his head to agree with her idea, "I will drop by the research institute tomorrow after the inner court meeting."

Hearing that, Princess Mona wished to join. She pleaded with her father, "Father, I want to join you too! Please let me join you, father." She grabbed her father's hand.

King George nodded in agreement, "Ok, it's time for you to learn new things too. You can come along with me tomorrow."

Princess Mona jumped in delight. "Thank you, father."

The news about King George to visit the research to meet his subjects is attached to the notice boards in every village. It excites the villagers; they plan to visit the research institute to meet the king.

Sun is shining brightly in the blue sky in the afternoon.

The servants drop a big palanquin in front of the research institute. King George got down from the palanquin to greet his subjects. He waves at the commoners who flocked the research institute. It overwhelmed them to see the royal families.

King George greeted everyone with a smile on his face. "My fellow citizens, I am very pleased to see you here in our first research institute. I hope that this establishment can help everyone in the Shilla." The king sat in the hall and listened to his subjects' hardship.

Olena introduced Mori, Yoona, Sora, and Leah to King George and Princess Mona. They bowed at the king and the princess. King George smiled at them. Princess Mona instantly attracted to Mori at first sight. She asked Mori a lot of questions about the research institute.

Princess Mona whispered to the king, "You wanted me to learn more. I wish to work in the research institute too with Prince Liam."

King nodded his head and whispered back at her, "Permission granted."

Princess Mona chuckled. She actually wanted to spend more time with Mori.

Princess Mona dragged Mori to a corner and asked him, "I would like to have a job here. What do you want me to do here?"

Mori whispered to himself, "What can she do? With her noble status, she can't be in the kitchen. She can't attend to the sick people." Mori stared at the Princess and replied, "Hmm. Let me ask Prince Liam."

Mori walks toward prince Liam, "Princess wanted to work in the research centre. What position do you want to give her?"

Prince Liam said, "Assigned her to be in the treasury. She will be in charge to get donations from the ministers." Considering that she is the daughter of the queen, with her prominence background, the minister would never reject her request.

Mori walks toward princess Mona to convey the message, "Prince Liam and Olena proposed to you to be working in the treasury division. We will need your help to get donations from the minister." Mori smiled at the princess and it melted her heart.

Princess Mona is excited because she will see Mori more often. She chuckled, "Sure! I will do my best not to disappoint you!"

In the hall, commoners surrounded the king to pay their respect. He listened to every commoner that spoke out and vowed to look into their problems.

The prime minister and a few other ministers visit the research institute. He stood amazed as he watched and he was optimistic about the outcome of the operation of this research institute. He believes this will help the growth of the economy of the country. The prime minister felt bad because he made a wrong judgment on Prince Liam earlier, calling him incompetent.

Prince Liam saw the prime minister coming, he grabbed him into the private meeting room and asked him, "Father, do you have any idea who poisoned Prince Liam?".

The question made him puzzled. He responded, "How am I supposed to know?" He shook his head.

Prince Liam is desperate to find out the truth and keep pestering the prime minister, "You know, father. I overheard a conversation between a physician and the eunuch. They plotted to kill Prince Liam, but the king looked at you as the culprit. I ran away from them, but I fell into the well, nearly died."

The prime minister explained, "It could be the crown prince. I am not sure. But let's not talk about this here. The king is here."

They moved out of the room and walked toward the king.

Prince Liam looked at Olena. They have been spending time with each other a lot, they get to know each other more now. Their feelings for each other grew fonder towards each other but they could not express their feelings towards each other.

In the celestial palace, the queen continued to abuse Julia. Julia collapsed on the ground while helping the queen to clean her chamber.

Her servants requested an imperial physician to attend to her and quickly informed Crown Prince Noel about Julia.

An Imperial Physician appeared to check on her pulse and found out that she got pregnant. He congratulated Crown Prince Noel and Julia. He notified them that Julia is pregnant.

Crown Prince Noel is excited and happy with the news. Julia requested a reward from the crown prince. He nodded happily and told her he would give her the moon even if she asked.

"Please visit Farah and spend some time with her too," Julia said.

Crown Prince Noel looked at Julia in surprise, that was a weird request. Since he made a promise to fulfil her wish, he agreed.

In Prince Liam's chamber, before they sleep, Prince Liam felt awful to let Olena sleep on the small couch, "You can rest next to me on the bed from now on as a reward for all your hard work."

While she walked towards the bed, the ghost appeared in front of them. Both of them startled.

Prince Liam tells Bobby, "How many times must I tell you? Don't just jump into the room and give us a heart attack. If you are still alive, I would have you executed for intruding into my room." He sighed in annoyance.

Bobby chuckled, "I am here to inform you that the crown prince will leave the country for a couple of months."

Princess Mona visits the queen and the crown prince. She is pestering her mother and her brother for donation to the research institute. "Mother....brother... please contribute a huge donation. There will be a wall of fame in the research centre. You can't have your name not appearing there. After all, you are the nation's wealthiest woman."

When the queen found out about the wall of fame in the monument, she was keen to be a major contributor to raise the honour of her clan.

The queen responded, "Just let me know the amount that I should donate to be the top contributor."

Princess Mona jumps excitedly and asks for a box of gold bars. The queen agreed. She instructed her eunuch to bring a box of gold bars to the research institute tomorrow with Princess Mona. Princess Mona hugged her mother. She is hoping Mori will notice her, all her doing is just to get his attention.

Queen Aliyah asked Princess Mona, "Why are you so happy? A portion of my wealth has gone."

The queen knows Prince Liam is using Princess Mona to request for a donation from her. She got infuriated. She can't refuse her daughter's request. Queen Aliyah shakes her head in disbelief.

Prince Liam rose to fame, being the pioneer. The citizens are praising Prince Liam when they discuss the royal family and some citizens are criticizing the crown prince for him being brutal.

Many of the commoners were beaten brutally by the crown prince when he was out travelling in the village. The commoners also noticed the crown prince loves to hang out in the brothel home and causing commotion there when he got drunk.

They have inadvertently compared him to the crown prince. Prince Liam comes to know about this when he overheard several people gossiping. He advises the citizens not to spread rumours if there is no solid evidence about the crown prince. However, deep in his heart, Prince Liam wants to investigate the associates of the crown prince.
