What kind of game was he playing? Lily frowned. Ethan gazed at her with piercing eyes before spitting out his response.
"If you get this worked up, it almost comes off as if you fell for me."
This bastard. He was laughing inside again. Lily let out a harsh breath and whispered to him.
"Let's just fight. Right here."
"That wouldn't be good."
Ethan slowly let go. When Lily saw him step back, she sneered.
"Why not? Are you scared you'll get beat up by a girl in front of all the kids?"
Ethan raised his glasses on the bridge of his nose and answered in a clear voice.
"I don't want to leave a blemish on my student record."
"Very funny…"
Lily grabbed her tray and stood up. If she was going to make trouble because of him, she wanted to make sure it was worth it.
"You're not going to eat that?"
Ethan glanced down at the half-filled tray and asked.
"That's none of your business."
