FLAMES FATE

Volume 1 - chapter prologue

CHAPTER: 0

In the darkness, the light quickly disappears. Fear of death raises the crowd to skip their heart beat. 'it's supposed to be the end of the final dungeon, isn't it' this was the voice of a person leading the crowd with all his might. His name was Xander ( 6 feet tall, muscular, dark red haired with a scar in his left eye)

'We considered we can conquer this dungeon but at what cost, we started 63 sss class warriors and now we are just 24'-a voice from the crowd. He was 2nd in command. Valtryek ( Light blue haired with 5,7 height. Considered as the most powerful knight ever existed with his speed, agility and magic skills applications he once took down an A class battalion all by himself).

Xander replied 'I truly understand your feelings but It's no time to remember shadows' Xander understood the situation and didn't want to lay down the spirit of the guild. After all it took 3 weeks to reach this far. After fighting demons which can't be compared by the guide. Thanks to Xander and Valtryek. Both surpassed the demon's level of combat. unfortunately they were getting out of food and fresh water. The resources will not last more than 3 days.

Both Xander and Valtryek spell at once. They saw a very slight ray of light. I was narrow but watching a ray of light gives them hope. They rush towards that ray of light. There was a giant boulder in front of their way. 'Now's our chance' Valtryek and Xander spelled while staring at each other.

Xander- "Destruction path of sword"

Xander's sword turns molten red as magma.

Valtryek- "majestic flames of heaven"

Valtryek's sword transformed into blue flames of katana shape but almost twice of it original size

(It's not his swords but his skill he developed by reading the precise flow of magic).

Both of them just vanished from their mean position. But actually it was their incomparable speed. Valtryek strikes first and destroys the boulder into pieces, Xander replaces his place with Valtryek. He uses his blade art in such destructive power the piece boulder turns into dust with the end of his blow.

The Guild marched with amazement in their face but they didn't have any idea how they were going to get resources. 'Wait what is this! A DEMON, no it can't we are out of the dungeon what it could be'. That giant creature can't be recognized by any Human race because the Guild was the first to reach this far.

Demon was an exception. He can manipulate magic. And no-one had a clue what he could do.

[THERE ARE 5 BASIC NATURE OF MAGIC -FIRE, LIQUID, THUNDER, EARTH, WIND.

SHADOW AND LIGHT ARE EXCEPTIONAL POWER.

INDIVIDUAL CAN USE SHADOW WHEN HE/SHE CAN PERFORM ANY 2 BASIC MAGIC.

LIGHT MANIPULATION IS GOD LEVEL MAGIC AND UNLOCK WHEN INDIVIDUAL ABLE TO MANIPULATE ALL 6 NATURE OF MAGIC]

Xander was exhausted after using A rank magic on Boulder. Valtryek was able to use his magic 3 times. And he can't figure out what Demon was capable of, if he misses any of 3 attacks, guild can't take That Demon by themself. He required Xander for finding a weak spot and an opening.

But Xander wasn't in shape to fight; it took almost an hour to regain his 50% soul.

[Soul can be refer as power to manipulate magic]

Unlike Xander, Valtryek was able to fight because he reserved Some of his soul in case of emergence. Almost every individual in the guild acknowledged Valtryek superior to Xander and also demanded him to be their commander.

But Valtryek denied their request without taking seconds to think. Valtryek and Xander have been friends since they were kids. They suffered together. Valtryek believed he had a lot of potential still to find out.

Valtryek believed 'IF EVERYONE RELAY ON AN SINGLE INDIVIDUAL, THEN REST OF HIS/HER COMRADES WOULD DO NOTHING'
