Fix Me Phantom (11) The Queen of the Otherside

"We need to do something". I started to pace around, I didn't know what to do. "You need to calm down"! "Calm down"!? "The other side is falling apart and there is nothing I can do"!

My eyes turned red and the jewels on my crown started to glow. I fell to the ground in confusion and fear. "Well, you don't have to panic I'm here to help you"! Sam's eyes glowed red too. I ran back into the library. I ran around like some kind of maniac. I searched until I found what I needed. I read a book saying the ruler of the other side had to die in order for it to work.

"Mac.... no you can't...You can't". "What else can I do Sam? I have to die if I want to save all these people". "But-". "There are no buts Sam".

I tried jumping off cliffs, stabbing myself, and more. I couldn't figure out how to kill the dead. I was reading a book when I turned my eyes to Sam and saw he was already looking at me. Our eyes locked but then I looked away. For days I tried to figure it out.

Sam and I didn't talk to each other very much. When he tried to talk to me I ignored him. I felt bad but, I knew that I didn't want to make happy memories before I died. Then he would just be even sadder. "Mac please talk to me", he came to me crying

"About what", I choked back tears. "About how the other side is falling apart and these ghosts are going to have to be on earth"? He shook his head and went back to his room. Parts of the paper got wet as tears dropped into my book.

The front cover had black lightning on it. That's when I figured it out. How I was going to die. I had to get struck by the black lightning outside. I ran outside only for Sam to follow right after me.
