The Prequel to The Hero of Justice #2

A/N: A mini prequel before the cannon of my fic started just for you all to get a deeper depth to my character something I realized that I haven't really shown all that much because I've sort of just been rushing through things.

William POV: Three Weeks Later

It was a usual breakfast morning with Shirou and Sakura cooking breakfast, Fuji-nee freeloading like she always does, and then there was me watching the television for any interesting news.

"In other news there's been a recent decrease in crime for the past three weeks here in Fuyuki City Roger-san why do you think that is?" the news reporter asked her new partner "Well Mikoto-san it appears as though Fuyuki has gained its own vigilante of sorts recently many people within the city are thankful to this vigilante for having them saved but there are some who disapprove of what he's doing for taking the law into his own hands mainly the police head himself," the man replied tilting his glasses up.

The news feed shows several footages of the different criminals that I had apprehended along with the victims who were expressing their gratitude.

Fuji-nee paused from her eating after hearing the news "a vigilante here in Fuyuki? Man this is like something from a comic book story hey Shirou, Sakura, William what do you guys think of this?" she asked.

Shirou gave a nod with a thoughtful smile "I think that it's good that he's helping people almost makes me feel envious really…" he replied muttering that last part which I still caught onto.

I suppressed a wince back at that but said nothing otherwise " …I u-um don't think that this person isn't too bad s-seems like he has good intentions," came the stuttered reply of Sakura who kept her eyes downwards.

Everyone turns looking at me expectantly "he's not a bad guy in my opinion it seems like he's only just trying to do the right thing really," I replied taking a sip of my coffee.

After that conversation breakfast was served for the rest of us and then it was off to school when we go there was a whole entire crowd of students talking amongst themselves some talked about their weekends other talked about the 'vigilante'

"I think it's freaking awesome that we have an actual superhero out there helping people out when the police can't do crap,"

"Tch who cares about this vigilante Fuyuki doesn't need one after all this city has been through now, he just chooses to show up where was this person was when the fire happened! Where was he when my mom and dad were being burned alive!" came the angered reply of one person.

I had to suppress a flinch at that…was doing this a mistake I wondered but then my mind flashes back to the smile Kiritsugu gave when he saved us, I shook my head no my path isn't wrong.

Some people will choose not to accept what I am doing but there's nothing wrong with at least trying to save others I thought with a small grin.

With my inner doubts cleared I walked into class "Ah you made it right on time William as usual why don't you go take your seat while the others come in," came the voice Yashiro-sensei.

Yashiro sensei is just your average schoolteacher, one of those faceless guys in the crowds yet whenever I am around him my instincts scream danger but so far, I've seen nothing that indicates that the man is dangerous I thought staring out the window my fingers crossed together gendo style.

-Yashiro POV switch-

Life as of recent has always been a boring thing for me it's always the same little thing every day get up, eat, work, teach, go home, eat, and then sleep the only interesting thing that has happened was the great fire that had occurred a few years back.

Now the sudden appearance of this so called vigilante well now that is very much intriguing perhaps, he might be the thing that might make my life interesting.

I've broken the wills of many people men, women, and children even but now hehehe now I've gotten a chance to break the will of a hero oh yes, I can just imagine the scenario now.

A hero can only be broken if they can't save anyone but first, I must investigate find whatever clues I can get to this vigilante's identity then I'll then I shall lay the foundations to our little game kukukuku yes it will be most glorious.

The door to the class slid open ah yes William Emiya a rather studious and always on the schedule type student.

He and his adopted brother were both the only survivors of the great fire that had occurred I had originally planned on targeting them both but then came the problem of their guardian Taiga Fujimaru.

There's no doubt if I had targeted them then I would for sure incur the wrath of Raiga Fujimaru the leader of the local Yakuza around here and most importantly the most influential gang around compared to some of the other gangs which had less influence than his did.

"Ah you made it right on time William as usual why don't you go take your seat while the others come in," I said placing with a practiced smile gesturing to a nearby desk.

The boy nodded not even glancing at me you know if I didn't know any better, I would have assumed the kid could see right through my fake persona, he always seemed weary of my presence...perhaps I was just imagining it there's no way a kid could tell I was faking.

-end of The Prequel to The Hero of Justice chapter two-

Looks like Williams just about to meet his match will he be able to stop whatever sinister plan Yashiro is making or will he break? And if you got the reference, I was making with the teacher's name then you get a free computer cookie hehehe.
