Fate/Stay At Home

A cliche Chat Group Fanfic with Amakusa Shirou inheritance. I don’t own the characters and they belong to their creators. English isn’t my main language.

(3rd POV)

"Stella Vermillion will be arriving in Japan. After setting the highest scores in history on her rankings exams, she was accepted into Tokyo's Knight School, Hagun Academy. They say she's a genius!..."

Shirou turned off the TV with the remote in his hand and sat in front of Kuroneko.

"So it has started," Shirou said and took a bite of the sandwich that he made early in the morning.

"Indeed, our plan has finally started and soon the world will know the might of the amazing Ruri Gokou!" Kuroneko shouted exaggeratedly as she raised her fist into the air.

*Sigh*

Shirou sighed and shook his head at Kuroneko's chunni behaviour, it became even more chaotic after she manifested her Device and Shirou has already started to worry about her when they would eventually return to their own worlds.

"Do you have your things prepared? The semester will officially start tomorrow," Shirou asked worriedly like a mother checking if her daughter has everything necessary for the field trip.

"Of course, this queen has prepared everything since the day of my awakening," Kuroneko replied with an arrogant smile on her face.

Shirou sighed for the second time this morning, but he also understood why she was acting so arrogantly.

After all the training they went through this half-year under the guidance of Merlin and sometimes Jibril, Kuroneko can defeat most of the Blazers out there.

Merlin taught the members of the Group Chat enough Magecraft for them to be considered an expert Magus in the Clock Tower and also made battle simulations inside their dreams, in which they could go all out without worrying about killing each other as it wouldn't affect the real body nor cause any trauma, but they would still retain the experience from the spars.

Shirou used this opportunity to train and fully master all of his skills as well as the Sun Breathing Style while also developing new techniques from the new skills of his Device. Shirou also let the others meet with Albion and immediately regretted it as Jibril kept questioning him nonstop until Shirou stopped her and reluctantly promised to answer her later.

One month ago, Shirou and Kuroneko went to register their identities as Blazers and went through many tests about their capabilities and much to the surprise of the staff, Shirou was registered as an A rank Blazer while Kuroneko was ranked as a B rank Blazer.

After that, they were enrolled at the Hagun Academy and met Kurono Shinguuji, the current director of Hagun Academy and one of the Blazers who once won the Seven Stars Sword Art Festival in the past.

Kurono was suspicious of them at first as their Blazer identity was very recent, but shrugged it off after checking their profiles and backgrounds. Kurono also assigned them into the same room with a smile that told them "I won't change my decision no matter what you say", so Shirou and Kuroneko just nodded and received the keys.

Merlin said that she would cover for them while Jibril said that she would venture around the world and learn everything about this world before they complete the mission. And lastly, Romani, who is just…slacking off in the apartment.

Back in the present, Shirou shook his head and raised his hand.

"Don't act too arrogantly, there are still many people who can defeat you and even kill you easily, not to mention arrogance is one of the factors that could lead you to your own downfall," Shirou said and flicked Kuroneko's forehead,

"Ai!" Kuroneko moaned in pain and rubbed her forehead, "I was joking! Jeez, why did you do that? Are you my mother or what?" Kuroneko complained and pouted, but Shirou only looked at her with a deadpan expression.

'Cuteness of that level won't work on me,' Shirou thought as he looked at the cute expression that she was making and said, "Hurry up and go change clothes or I will leave you behind."

"Hmpf"

Kuroneko finished her breakfast and went to the bathroom to change her gothic clothes to a sports outfit.

Shirou waited for Kuroneko outside their room and nodded his head when he saw her leaving. They left the dormitory and went for their daily jog.

After half an hour of sprinting in inhumane speeds, they saw Ikki swinging his sword in illusion form.

"Good morning, Ikki," Shirou greeted as soon as he was near him.

"Good morning Ikki," Kuroneko arrived after Shirou and also greeted Ikki.

"Good morning Shirou-san, Ruri-san," Ikki greeted them back and stopped his daily practice.

Shirou and Kuroneko were practically Ikki's first and only friends in this academy as normally the students would mock him or badmouth him behind his back for him being a F rank Blazer.

"Have you watched the news this morning?" Shirou asked Ikki, "The Vermillion princess is going to come to our school."

"Oh that?" Ikki said as he wiped the sweat from his forehead with a towel, "Yes I watched it too, while I think it is great for the reputation of our academy, I don't really think it has anything to do with me, so I wasn't really interested."

'Only if you knew, Ikki, only if you knew…' Shirou and Kuroneko thought as they looked at Ikki with a knowing smile plastered on their faces.

"Why are you two smiling? Did something happen?" Ikki asked, confused when he saw their smiles.

"Nothing," Shirou and Kuroneko said at the same time and shook their heads without losing their smiles.

"I'm just feeling that things will get more chaotic from now on," Shirou said, which made Ikki more confused, but he just shrugged it off as one of Shirou's antics.

"How about jogging with us back to the dormitory?" Kuroneko asked, after all, she wanted to witness the 'incident'.

"Sure, I also just finished my training here," Ikki said as he dismissed Intetsu.

They ran back to the dormitory, but when they were arriving at Ikki's room, Shirou and Kuroneko halted their steps and were a little further behind than Ikki.

"What's up?" Ikki asked while thinking, 'They are acting so strange today, did something happen?'

"Don't mind us, just go ahead," Shirou said while signalling Ikki to go ahead.

"Sure…" Ikki said unconvinced as he turned around and arrived in front of his room and unlocked the door, not noticing another name plate beside his in the room sign.

Shirou and Kuroneko looked at each other and nodded. Kuroneko summoned Sylphya and conjured up a barrier consisting of multiple layers of wind compressed into super-high pressured air and made all of their movements silent.

("I raised that child," Merlin said with a proud smile as she wiped a tear of happiness with one hand while the other was pointing at Kuroneko.)

They silently followed Ikki, who just entered his room, and peeked behind the door and at that exact moment, they saw Ikki who was about to strip himself in front of an almost naked pink-haired girl.

"HIYAAAAAAAA!!!!" All the students in the vicinity heard a girly scream that echoed through the campus which made a certain director grin in amusement.

Stella, who was dying of embarrassment and while also furious at the one who dared to intrude her room, approached Ikki with deadly eyes and raised her hand.

Ikki, seeing this, finally understood how wrong he was so he didn't dare to move and closed his eyes, accepting his fate.

'But I wonder where they are?' Ikki thought, before Stella's hand swiftly landed on his face.
