Beserk Assassin and Lancer

I hid myself from being seen by Jeanne(Alter) behind the tree, I then saw Lancer and Assassin along side Jeanne.

they've landed their wyvern and dismount from it.

from behind the tree I can see the action she took from there.

"Assassin and Lancer go search the forest for me, I want to eliminate that Stupid Saintess."

the servant following her only nodded.

when I heard this I can only laugh while also being worried by the fact she is Jealous, but her Jealousy is very dangerous and tend to aim for someone else life.

hearing this I send a message to Jeanne that Lancer and Assassin is entering the forest to search for their location, I decide to land and change my form and turn into a weasel made of wood and slowly sneak to the location where Jeanne, Marie, and Mozart location.

"Jeanne, how is the preparation?"

"Alex we intend to just run away from them now, in this kind of forest we are at a disadvantage, Marie is a rider while the enemy has an Assassin who can move nimbly."

"hmm it's up to you but can you out run them, since it will be impossible to out run them since they have wyvern."

"we will get out of this forest first and then engage them in a battle outside, and we don't have any capabilities to make a trap we will ambush them before they reach the forest clearing."

"ok then Jeanne I will just hang on you shoulder and watch."

I then hopped on her shoulder, after that she and the other rush towards the outside of the forest, knowing that Assassin and Lancer sense the movement of the three of them, they let Jeanne become the bait waiting outside the forest.

"Jeanne can you use a command spell you have?"

"yes, but why do you ask?"

"why not use it to boost Mozart or Marie when needed."

"great idea Alex, I forget to check since I've become accustomed to not being able to use it."

suddenly there's movement coming from the forest.

a black shadow rushed towards Jeanne, seeing this she put her banner in a defensive position to receive the impact coming from the rushing servant.

a spear then appear and clashed with Jeanne banner, Jeanne then noticed the one who attack her was someone she have met before, it was the king of Romania Vlad III.

"well color me surprised it seems we meet Vlad again, but this time he can't even talk because of the mad enhancement."

she doesn't have any leeway to reply to my words and decide to focus on dealing with Vlad attack, but suddenly from her side Assassin jump out to deal a surprised attack.

Mozart from afar fires a spell towards Assassin to help Jeanne.

seeing the incoming attack aim at at herself Assassin retreat back to dodge the attack.

"Miss Jeanne are you okay let me help you."

Mozart rush to Jeanne side to help Jeanne deal with assassin, seeing this I jump to Mozart side and stay on his shoulder.

"Mozart you just need to focus on attacking I will focus on defending on sneak attack."

"I leave it to you Alex"

while both of us are dealing with Assassin Marie was watching over the surrounding afraid that Jeanne(Alter) will suddenly attack.

Jeanne and Vlad was on a stalemate since both of them are equal in strength and Jeanne doesn't have any way to give a decisive blow to end the battle with Vlad so the only thing she can do is to force a even situation to wait for us to finish our battle.

"Mozart let's end this battle fast or atleast force Assassin to retreat."

"how would we do that Alex?, her movement is very fast and I don't have any single target spell that deal powerful damage."

"how about we change the target of our attack to Vlad III, with that we can force Assassin to retreat alongside with Vlad III."

"ok then, Alex focus on how to deal with Vlad III."

seeing this Mozart now focus on defusing the attack coming from Assassin, to not make her suspicious he occasionally attack her with magic.

while I was focusing on the battle between Jeanne and Vlad, I gather mana in my mouth since I don't have a hand I decide to use the method of a dragon where they gather mana in their mouth.

the exchange of attack between her and Vlad was ferocious.

I then saw an opening and decide to release a small ray beam towards Vlad, surprised by this attack he was too late to defend and was pierce by my attack on his left shoulder.

this gave a chance for Jeanne to hit him with her Banner at send him flying towards the forest knocking down several tree.
