I Decided will use Option 2 because some reader say Option 1 it look weird for one character pov to another and for dialog between Illya and Shirou, I will still use Japanese word onii-chan instead of using brother, I've gotten used to that, hihihi

Also for sapphire and ruby Dialog will use this symbol 『 word 』
