In the year X793, to celebrate Fiore's victory over the Alvarez Empire, the kingdom hosts another Grand Magic Games. However, this year's event takes an unexpected turn when traditional powerhouses like Sabertooth, Lamia Scale, and others are disqualified in the preliminaries.

In their place, seven mysterious organizations from other worlds and dimensions enter the competition: The Black Bulls, Chaldea, the Seven Deadly Sins, Jura Tempest Foundation, Seven Seas Alliance, Vongola Famiglia, and Shadow Garden. Each group brings unique magical abilities and fighting styles previously unseen in Fiore.

Fairy Tail, determined to defend their title, faces unprecedented challenges as they battle against these new contenders. The tournament becomes a clash of different magical systems and cultures, with intense matches showcasing a wide array of powers.
