The Witch Does Exist

The day off was the day Jade always looked forward to. But this time, her holiday was different because of Kate's presence. And even though Jade wasn't used to her presence yet, she still tried to adjust to it.

Getting out of bed, Jade came out of the room and saw a scene that made her quite shocked.

That Zack and Kate were kissing.

Jade hurriedly went back into her room with a pounding heart. Her eyes widened as if she couldn't believe that this was the first time she'd seen her father kiss a woman.

She immediately shook her head and then she came out again after confirming hearing that they were done kissing.

"Hi, Jade. You're off, right?" greeted and asked Kate.

"Yeah. I am." Jade opened the refrigerator and poured milk into her glass. She took a sip and then looked at her father and Kate who stared at her silently.

After she finished her milk, one eyebrow raised. "What? Why are you looking at me like that?" Jade asked.
