She likes you

Tiffany was intently eyeing the two individuals who were sitting on her couch. The lady named Loraine which Damian brought with him occasionally met her stares.

"Is she your friend?" She asked breaking the silence that seems to surround them for quite some time now.

Damian simply nods his head as an answer.  His hands were clasped together while mustering up his courage to tell Tiffany the reason for his sudden visit. A lot of mixed thoughts were going through his mind when unexpectedly Loraine spoke for herself.

"I should give the both of you some space to talk," the lady muttered and immediately rose from her seat. She looked over at Damian whose face was plastered with worries.

"You can wait for us on the balcony," Tiffany chimed out just when she was about to say a few more words to Damian. Swallowing her words, she shifted her gaze at Tiffany and gave her a smile of gratitude before making her way toward the balcony.
