　　“Baby, I’ll be home in an hour. Just got a call from dad,” I explain over the phone.

　　 “Hmm.” That’s all she says?

　　 “Trinity, stop that.” I hear her giggle.

　　 “Bash, I’m in a bathtub with bubbles all over my naked body. I have red wine, and it feels so good.”

　　 “Fuck, Tri. Don’t make me imagine things. I’ll be back as soon as I’m done meeting with dad.”

　　 “Ugh. You’ll miss the best part,” she teases.

　　 “Trust me, Tri. I won’t miss a thing.” My pants tighten, and it feels uncomfortable.

　　 “Laters, baby bash.”

　　 “I love you, Trinity.”

　　 “Tell me that later.”

　　 “I will tell you that later too.”

　　 I stop to a halt when I hear my mom’s voice. Are they fighting? My heart thunders when I hear my name.

　　 “He’s my son, Sebastian!” Mom seems crying. Of course, I am, but there’s a lot of questions reeling in my brain right now.
