-Meeting the Goddess of Light-

The otherworldly beauty gathered on a high platform. Despite her transparent body, her features are distinct so much that even her eyes have depth as the color of her irises is that of stars. However the center of her eyes is a pitch black pit, more like a wormhole rather than a pit. Not many pay attention to this and instead are awed by her beauty. A very few kneel before her adoring and worshiping her as god. They ask to be saved in the process of their worship. These people echo the people that are reverently bowing below her. They are dressed in priest robes. Their faces are hard to decipher as the hoods of their robes hide their features. Of the twelve of them, about half of them have long beards like that of wizards. One even has a beard reaching up to their knees. Apart from their features, their mysteriousness is made more profound as each of them is holding a staff. In middle of said staff is a glowing crystal just like the gem in the torches. However, their crystals come in different hues. Nevertheless, their light emitted is the same white light as other staffs. This light dims as the lady of light slowly takes shape and materializes. Once she does, these robed men kneel before her asking her something in a strange language.

Most survivors are shocked and their hearts fill with more dread as the sight before them is revealed. Not only are they shocked at the sight outside the chamber. They are shocked in realizing they are in a great chamber. Its brown walls worn down by the passage of time. Some spots on it are more brown than others. These spots litter the walls conspicuous and inconspicuous at the same time. Lining these walls are weapons of all odds and ends. Many familiar like swords, daggers, bows, and spears. Others unfamiliar. At a glance, despite the weapons seeming formidable upon closer inspection, the materials are old, chafed as if having been used centuries ago. Maybe when they were once created such weaponry had been formidable. Due to these details, despite seeming like a hall, the hall resembles more a chamber. This is more evident as the ground beneath the debris is soil. Dry soil that had little to no moisture content. To confirm the guess of some survivors, the majority of them are within a transparent barrier with a circumference of two to three times the staples stadium. The conditions in chambers were like this. The view of platform where the woman is and its surrounding area is more startling. The exit of the chamber is narrow in comparison to what lay beyond it. This section is only but a small section of a giant closed in coliseum. Its antiquity reminiscent of the roman coliseum if it were to be complete but with no open ceiling.

The lady of light once completely formed looks around her and warmly smiles at her audience. Hearing what her devout servants have asked, she twirls her hand and a soft white light is emitted from it. This soft white light sweeps over all the chambers. Once that is done, she speaks but what she speaks is the language of those robed men. Somehow now the survivors are able to make out what is being said. Event though the woman speaks softly, her voice is as if coming from all directions, "Welcome champions from a different world to the country of Primordium. I am a God of this world. We have asked your god to allow some of you to come to this world and aid us in our campaign against evil. However, there were some unforeseen complications with your world" She looked at the survivors with sympathy. As for the survivors, some listen to what she has said while others are entranced by the sound of her voice that is untainted, clear, precise, and beautiful beyond compare. Seeing their lack of reactions, tense nerves, or worshipful gazes, she drops her implication and continues, "Nevertheless, we will do our best to take care of you; however...the task at hand must still be met for our world is constantly threatened by evil that seeks to destroy the very foundation of our world. So please heroes! In order to survive in this world, you must grow stronger! my loyal helpers will help you. Before we start, let me explain why we chose people from your world. Due to the lack of magic and supernatural forces beyond the hands of the inhabitants of your world, your bodies are not only stronger but also resistant to those forces. In other words, in our world, you have unpolished potential higher than many of the knights or other forces of this country. Before we show you a trial of how you will train, we will bring in food for you to regain some stamina and spirit. Thank you so much for you cooperation." She slightly bows her head towards the champions. The servants under her go into a fluster of nerves seeing her do this. They gasp and raise their voices, "my goddess don't bow down before inferior beings!" just as he finished, this servant is struck by light that slowly constricts his body. He gasps for breath and tries to move his hands to no avail. Another tries to help his companion, "My goddess he meant outsiders! outsiders! they do not know of you and do not worship and adore you as we do. There is no reason for you to humble yourself in front of them."

The goddess looks at her servants one by one and says in a slow but succinct voice, "They are the people who will helps our world from its plight and you have such arrogance! Even if you feel estrange from them, you should still treat them to the standard of guests of Primordium." Once she finished saying this, she looks apologetically at the survivors and offers apologies. She then looks at her servants and asks, "which of you would like to be replaced?" None of the robed men dare speak up. The goddess smiles sweetly and then those two robed men who spoke go poof as the are covered in bright light.
