Chapter 6 - Training for the championship and Fights on the net

Riven pov's on

I woke up in fright during the night. I got up quickly from the bed as I placed my hand

on my stomach wound, a wound that started to ache after my brutal action. I was in a cold

sweat and my breathing was fast, I put my other hand on my forehead and saw that it was

almost on fire it was so hot, which must have happened after Yasuo's herbal paste took

effect. Not to mention the horrible headache I was feeling.

I went back to having nightmares related to the battle and the Elder's death

this night, but the strangest of dreams tonight were the memories I had of my conversation

with the Elder, a conversation that was fully recalled during these dreams, but the strange

thing is that I had never dreamed of the conversation I had had with him. I always dreamed

of his death and the death of my companions, but never of our conversation.

The dream had been weird and that's all, I just ignored it and decided to get up to

have a nice glass of water and wash my face. I got up slowly from the bed and placed my

feet on the old wooden floor. After bracing my feet and seeing that I hadn't felt any twinge of

pain, I quietly got up and headed for the kitchen.

I slowly opened the bedroom door, as it used to creak a lot when it was opened or

closed. I walked slowly to the sink and took advantage of the glass still on it and went to it

and filled it, I was delighted with the refreshing sensation that the water provided. I must

have had a good three glasses of water, as I was dying of thirst. I placed the glass under

the sink again and leaned against the edge of the counter. I sighed deeply and began to

look out over the landscape from the large glass window that was there. The moon was at

its highest point, thus illuminating most of the trees that were there, and its brightness and

its image were reflected by the great lake.

I spent some more time observing the landscape, until I started to feel a little cold, as

it had gotten very cold during the night. I ended up deciding to go see Yasuo, to see if he

wasn't feeling as cold as I was, since he had decided to go to sleep outside.

I went towards the front door, opened it slowly and soon a cold and very cold breeze

hit my body, I shivered all over, and all my good will to see how Yasuo was doing was gone

along with that cold breeze , I didn't think twice and went straight to the wardrobe to get

something to cover him. I went to the bedroom wardrobe and after opening its door, right

away I found a small folded blanket there, I picked it up and finally went back to the door,

but this time I came back with the certainty of going to see him.

I walked slowly over the old wooden floor of the cabin, making sure it didn't make any

noise, and once again a chilly breeze came towards me, which made me rub my arm to

keep warm. I turned the side of the hut and soon came across a somewhat funny scene, I

saw Yasuo thrown in his hammock, with his legs and one of his arms out of hers, his mouth

was trembling more than it should have, and he had almost laid down on top of his other

arm, a somewhat funny possession for sleeping in a hammock. Not to mention that in that

position, normally he would be snoring and not shivering from the cold, I gave a slight smile

and then went to hand him the blanket, so that he could have a more pleasant evening.

I walked carefully to his hammock, unrolled the blanket, and placed it gently over

Yasuo so I wouldn't wake him. I was happy or to see him sighing with relief, I was finally

going to have a warmer and more cozy night. I took my hand to his hair, gave it a light

caress and then opened a smile when I saw that he had moved his head after my caress.

pulling away from him completely

I didn't have time to pull away completely, and soon I heard an answer.

- Thanks! He smiled as he kept his eyes closed.

I was startled by that sudden response I had received from him. I quickly pulled away

from him as I slapped him across the face.

After pulling away from him and leaning against the wall, I put my hands to my face

to hide the red hue my cheeks had taken on.

Embarrassed and surprised at what had just happened, I just told him.

- Idiot! I snorted as I hid behind my hands.

He put his hand in place of the slap and said as he chuckled

-You don't need to be so embarrassed. - He looked at me with a calm and serene

face after the laughter stopped.

He sat down in the hammock and I approached him slowly, as I was still very

ashamed of what he was going to do. After approaching him, I placed my hand on top of

his, which was on top of the place where I had slapped him. I tried to look into his eyes but I

couldn't look at him for a long time and so I said.

-Excuse. It was impulse, and- I had been scared! -I looked to the side trying not to

look at that beautiful pair of seductive blue eyes, blue so dark they reminded me of the

night. But I couldn't resist, I ended up staring at him.

He took my hand in his and said as he put his face in my hand. I ended up opening a

slight smile when I felt the touch of his face.

I woke up early that morning, woke up as soon as the sun's rays appeared on the

porch. They hit my face directly, thus making it easier for me to wake up. I stretched out in

the hammock and scratched my hair, remembering what had happened during the night

and I couldn't help but smile at the thought of her embarrassed face, and of course that

wonderful kiss we had shared before we went back to sleep.

I stretched out once more on the hammock and talked to myself

-Today promises! - I gave a wide smile. But I was surprised to hear a response from

my own comment.

-The day promises what huh? Lazy! - I saw her leaning on a platform in the area.

She was wearing beige shorts and a white tank top, a very casual outfit so to speak.

madam doing up so early? -I spoke while sitting in the hammock, thus putting my legs out of

it.

I got up from the hammock and walked slowly towards her. I approached his face and

-I'm dying to try the food... And the cook too! - I winked at her and ran away.

She made a face of surprise and then screamed.

- YOUR PERVERT! -She screamed as she kicked my buttock

-OUCH! Not in the ass! – I complained as I turned around and said the sentence to

laughing.

towards the door

buttock and then ran to throw herself in the hammock.

I went into the house and then yelled at her.

-THIS IS HARASSMENT! - I laughed then.

I went to the sink cabinet and bent down to get a bowl, picked it up and headed for

the woodstove, which had only a kettle and two pots on top of its griddle. I removed the lids

from the pans and soon the delicious smell of the food invaded my nostrils and bewitched

me. The smell was delicious, she had cooked meat with sauce and in another pan there

was rice, not to mention the beautiful salad bowl she had left on the table.

I helped myself and started eating that delicious food, and really, it cooked really well.

The food was wonderful and I must have served myself for at least three more times, I didn't

eat that way in the past. And by the amount she had made, if you doubt it, there would be

food left even for lunch tomorrow.

I got up from the table and picked up the things I had soiled and took them to the sink,

washed and dried them, put them in their proper places and went to the bedroom and took

I went out the door and I watched her swing in the hammock for a while, she rocked

I was already getting off the wooden floor of the cabin and heading for the lawn,

starting up the field while she was still screaming.

laughter.

-Love is over! - I spoke with my eyes closed and placing my hand over my heart as I

turned to her.

She threw herself at my feet and grabbed my leg.

I walked around pulling her with my leg.

-Come here, how old are you? Five? - I couldn't resist and asked that question to her,

while giving a crooked smile.

thing, is every Noxian so retarded?

The place where I trained looked more like a platform so to speak, behind us were

those huge bamboo walls and in front of us, it was an open view. The view was wide and

that led to the capital. That platform gave the impression that we were in a higher place

and airy place, it was perfect for meditation and training.

I returned to focus on training and stayed there.

Yasuo pov's of Riven pov's on

I sat on the edge of the cliff and stayed there, I could not imagine that behind the

bamboos there was a hut, a lake, a field and much less a view like this.

After sitting on the floor, I did the classic meditation position and crossed my legs as I

straightened my hands, concentrated and stayed that way. I took a deep breath and started

my mental training as I was supposed to prepare for tomorrow's matches.
