Tang Family Ancestor, summoning his last reserves of strength, charged at Shangguan Yi with a final, desperate effort. But Shangguan Yi's flames had intensified beyond measure. Even as a level 2 Core Formation Cultivator, Tang Family Ancestor was overwhelmed. In just fifteen seconds, the once formidable figure was reduced to nothing more than a wisp of white flame.

The Tang Family Ancestor had perished, consumed entirely by the unrelenting blaze.

Shangguan Yi turned his gaze to another side of the serpent. This serpent, created with his level 3 core essence, was now incredibly difficult for Tie Tu and Yuan Family Ancestor to break through. Previously, he had allowed them to attempt to stop it, but if he wished, their methods would now be useless against the serpent.

Bang! Bang! Boom! Boom!

On the other side of the serpent, Yuan Family Ancestor crushed the serpent with his fist while Tie Tu used the Justice Arrow Technique to pierce through it. Despite their efforts, the impact was minimal.

Shangguan Yi smiled coldly before controlling the serpent and allowing them to enter.

Tie Tu glared at Shangguan Yi and said, "Demon, why have you come to my city?"

In response, groups of flame wisps appeared. Shangguan Yi blinked his eyes several times, sending multiple flame wisps toward them.

Shangguan Yi's One Blink Technique ignited with a brilliant, searing light. The flame wisps darted around him like predatory beasts, their intense heat palpable even from a distance. He eyed his targets with cold calculation, the flames dancing eagerly in anticipation.

"Damn it, this demon is too arrogant. He didn't even reply to my question," Tie Tu cursed.

Tie Tu activated his Earth Wall Technique, raising a massive, fortified barrier of rock to shield them from Shangguan Yi's onslaught. At the same time, Yuan Family Ancestor prepared to counter with his Iron Fist technique, hoping to deliver a powerful blow to the demonic Cultivator.

But Shangguan Yi was not to be underestimated. The torrent of flame wisps from his One Blink Technique was far more formidable than before. The flames surged forward, consuming everything in their path. The Earth Wall, despite its strength, buckled under the relentless heat. Cracks appeared, and before long, the barrier was reduced to rubble, unable to withstand the intensity of the flames.

"What? This flame is even hotter! We're in trouble!" Tie Tu exclaimed, jumping up in fright.

Luckily, Tie Tu had prepared another technique beforehand.

Tie Tu's expression hardened as he quickly switched to his Sand Prison Technique, attempting to ensnare Shangguan Yi within a constricting prison of sand. The shifting sands swirled around Shangguan Yi.

"Good! I've locked him. Attack with all your might!" he shouted.

However, within just a few seconds, the flames blazed even fiercer, melting through the sand and rendering the prison ineffective.

"What? Even my Sand Prison can't restrain him?" Tie Tu exclaimed.

Yuan Family Ancestor, seeing the dire situation, tried to use his Iron Fist to punch through the flames and strike Shangguan Yi directly. But the flame wisps met his attack head-on, their heat melting the fist's impact into nothingness. The Iron Fist technique, which had once been a powerful offensive move, was now helpless against the unyielding flames.

With a confident smirk, Shangguan Yi focused his One Blink Technique on Tie Tu and Yuan Family Ancestor. The flames intensified, swirling with a mesmerizing and terrifying energy. As the flames roared towards them, Tie Tu and Yuan Family Ancestor could only watch in helplessness.

Tie Tu, unable to maintain the Earth Wall or Sand Prison, fell back on his remaining techniques. He activated his  Justice Arrow , shooting a beam of core essence toward Shangguan Yi. The arrow was impressive, but Shangguan Yi's flames melted it with ease, turning it into nothing more than a puff of smoke.

Yuan Family Ancestor, desperate, tried to activate his Iron Fist again, but the flames overwhelmed him before he could fully unleash it. The searing heat of the flame melted through his defenses, leaving him exposed and vulnerable.

"When did this demon become this strong? It's only been a few days!"

As the flames continued their assault, Yuan Family Ancestor attempted to evade, but Shangguan Yi was relentless. His One Blink Technique proved to be an unstoppable force. The fire surged forward with increased ferocity, overwhelming the Yuan Family Ancestor's last attempts to counter or escape.

Yuan Family Ancestor screamed in agony as the intense heat seared his flesh. "No! I won't fall like this!" he shouted, desperately trying to gather his core essence to mount a final defense.

But the flames were merciless. Each attempt to summon his power was met with searing pain as the fire consumed everything in its path. Yuan Family Ancestor's movements grew frantic, his eyes wide with fear and desperation. He tried to flee, but Shangguan Yi's flames pursued him relentlessly, engulfing him in a blazing inferno.

"Help me! Lord Tie Tu!" Yuan Family Ancestor's screams echoed through the battlefield as he was swallowed by the flames.

Tie Tu, witnessing the devastation of his ally, fought on with renewed desperation. But Shangguan Yi, with the battlefield firmly under his control, showed no mercy. His relentless assault with the One Blink Technique soon sealed Tie Tu's fate.

Despite being a level 3 Core Formation Cultivator like Shangguan Yi, Tie Tu was no match for him now due to the crucial difference in their dense core essences.

At this moment, as Tie Tu was engulfed in flames, he had no choice but to use his core essence to protect his body and activate his Earth Escape to dig underground.

Seeing that Tie Tu had escaped, Yuan Family Ancestor lost all hope.

Shangguan Yi welcomed this change. It was good for him that Tie Tu chose to give up fighting and escape; otherwise, Shangguan Yi wouldn't have the opportunity to refine Yuan Family Ancestor with Tie Tu's interference.

Shangguan Yi looked at the struggling Yuan Family Ancestor and activated his cultivation technique, Everlasting Firmament Flame. A white flame wisp flew toward Yuan Family Ancestor, and immediately, Yuan Family Ancestor felt the absence of his core essence. No matter how he tried to gather his core essence, it was continuously sucked away.

"Was my decision to attack the Xia Family wrong from the start?" he murmured.

With this resolve, Yuan Family Ancestor decided to detonate his core, intending to take the demonic Cultivator down with him. 

Dense core essence gathered within him. 

"Explode!" he shouted.

But to his surprise, after a few seconds, nothing happened. It seemed that the white flame wisps had absorbed into his core, preventing the detonation.

Yuan Family Ancestor looked at Shangguan Yi and sighed. "It seems I can't even choose the way to die. What kind of enemy have I encountered here? The era of chaos…"

Knowing that struggling was meaningless, Yuan Family Ancestor closed his eyes, accepting his fate.

Fifteen seconds later, Shangguan Yi completed the refining process and collected the white flame wisp. He then looked underground, clearly sensing Tie Tu's aura. Although he didn't have a method to deal with him immediately, he wasn't worried that Tie Tu would be able to escape.

Meanwhile, Tie Tu, underground, wore a grim expression upon sensing the absence of Yuan Family Ancestor's aura. 

"Damn it, another Core Formation Cultivator has perished."

Despite feeling helpless against the situation, Tie Tu focused on expelling the flames from his body.

After clearing the scene, Shangguan Yi didn't linger for long. He canceled the serpent's separation.

The false Core Formation and Foundation Establishment Cultivators, protected by Xie Xie's Metal Shield Formation, gathered in a corner, watching the serpents with concern. 

Yuan Family False Core Formation Cultivator frowned slightly. "It's been over ten minutes since Lord Tie and the others went through the serpent. I'm starting to get worried."

Tang Family False Core Formation Cultivator nodded reassuringly. "There's no need to worry. They have both Lord Tie Tu and Yuan Family Ancestor with them, plus with my Tang Family Ancestor. With such a powerful team, they should have no trouble handling that demonic Cultivator."

 The Xun Family false Core Formation Cultivator smiled confidently. "Exactly. Tang Family Ancestor's Swift Gale Step and Gale Slash are formidable, and Yuan Family Ancestor's Iron Fist is no joke. They're more than capable of dealing with any threat."

Tie Family Cultivator nodded in agreement. "And let's not forget, Lord Tie Tu's Earth Wall Technique and Sand Prison are top-notch. We're in good hands."

Yuan Family False Core Formation Cultivator sighed with relief. "I suppose you're right. With their combined strength, we should have nothing to fear. They'll take care of things on that side."

However, at this moment, the serpents suddenly disappeared, and a figure emerged.

"It's him!" All of them recognized him immediately.
