Baku – VII
Baku did not say a word.
He simply disappeared from where he was standing and reappeared right in front of them.
A punch was extended toward Haru.
"!"
Its speed was unbelievably fast.
'But it's bearable now!!' With his increased powers, Haru now had no problem following its movement.
Furthermore, he wasn't alone.
"Gr!"
Bang!
His punch was blocked.
A look of disbelief came over Baku's face, as if he had witnessed something unreal.
Aki had blocked his punch before it could reach Haru.
'I knew it!!' There was a feeling within Haru that Aki might be stronger than him in terms of strength and speed, if not equal.
It mostly came from his bones, after being crushed by her insanely tight hugs.
"Good, Aki!" Haru shouted, right after Aki caught his fist and swung his burning chain at Baku.
At this distance, he was too close to easily dodge.
However…
'Not that!!!'
