Settling
As Cook said, she only gave one food a day and she was right about that because throughout that week as Belialthorn, Rota, and Alaric settled into a life at the Castle, they only ate once a day.
But that was enough, not only does the fruit nourish them, they won't get hungry till the next day when they challenge the cook's golems for the day's food.
Their day was ruled by fighting. First, they fight the lake monster for water then they proceed to the clearing deep in Cook's garden for light training by Greylord after that they have to fight for food.
Then a round of light training till Greylord bid them goodnight.
In their room, they'll fight the shadows at least three times through the night. At least the shadows didn't come with shadow blades again, now they held real weapons.
