"Why? Do you not want to give me the room and office?" he asked directly when she wanted her head to nod but then.. He was the owner of the palace.
She could never forget that she was not the real empress. She was just a brought woman who have no better position in his eyes that a slave.
That was the very reason he must be enjoying teasing her.
