Evenings Star

Fenrir Greyback, the most notorious werewolf in the British Isles, is not someone you would want to name your child after. However, my parents were never expecting me, so they ended up pointing at a random star and going, "He'll be named after that one." I've been an outcast for the majority of my life. I may have been identical to my twin brother, but I just seemed to hold myself differently, no matter how hard I tried. Of course, that may have been because I fancied boys over girls. That nearly got me blasted off the family tree a great number of times, but my mother always managed to smooth things over… Of course, things didn't end up so smooth when I finally managed to go to Hogwarts… Fenrir Malfoy is my name, and I may or may not be head over heels in love with a vampire. (Note: I did not write this synopsis, all credit goes to my friendly author. They are on Quotev and are definitely one of my favourite authors) *finished. Book 1 of 7* SERPENS STAR IS OUT!! ITS BOOK 2 OF THE SERIES!

I was panicking. For a valid reason of course. Who wouldn't panic when they had to find their only copy of Stars and Constellations; The Truth Behind Muggles Myths and Legends?

That was my only copy, and it was bought without my father's knowledge.

I was in the midst of nearly tearing apart the Charms classroom when Quinn showed up (appearing out of NOWHERE).

"Good morning, classroom destroyer!" He greeted.

"Shush, I'm trying to find my book," I told him, going back to my search, tossing a pile of random books at Quinn. "Here, you can help."

He just calmly picked a book out from one of the stacks and handed it to me.

The book just so happened to be my book I was destroying the classroom for.

I eagerly grabbed it from him and put it into my bag. "ThankyousomuchIhavetogonow," I told him in one quick breath, before leaving the classroom. Or well, trying to.

Quinn just grabbed my robes and pulled me back. "You need to clean up the classroom."

My face must have betrayed my horror, because he laughed.

"I'll help you, don't look so worried," he teased.

I just rolled my eyes and picked up a stray copy of Simple Household Charms: Year Four to put back in the stacks and stacks of books.

We continued to work in silence until Quinn spoke up, "Can I call you Little Wolfie? You know, because of your name and your height?"

This git.

I threw the nearest book at him in answer.

Quinn dodged and put his hands up in mock surrender. "No calling you Little Wolfie. Got it."

I huffed angrily before pointing at the book I just threw. "Now, pick it up."

Quinn looked at me in shock. "But you threw it!"

"I wouldn't have thrown it if you hadn't said that," I said as if it should have been obvious, which it really should have been.

Quinn's lips quirked up a bit as he looked down at me, something that irked me greatly. Just because he was taller doesn't mean he had the right to look down at me! After a minute of me fiercely glaring at him, he finally gave in and picked the book up.

"Are you happy now, Shortie?" He teased.

I did the respectful pureblood thing to do and punched his face, which turned out to be a bad idea. "Bloody hell, Quinn! What are you made of, steel?" I cursed, holding my now injured hand.

For some reason, seeing me hurt had Quinn panicking. "Why would you do that, Fenrir? Are you ok?" He asked worriedly, a frantic look entering his eyes.

I waved him off nonchalantly. "I'll just go to the Medical Wing. Also, you have a very punchable face," I said dismissively, grabbing my stuff with one hand. I headed out the door of the classroom, not expecting to run into Draco.

Because, of course, it had to be him.

"Brother, did you find your… book?" Draco asked coldly.

I merely smiled at my twin. "I did. However, I also had the misfortune of running into a prat on my way," I responded.

Quinn somehow heard me and made an offended noise that I ignored.

Draco did not ignore him however. "Who was in there with you? Potter?" He sneered.

I rolled my eyes at just how childish my brother was. "No, Quinn."

"My mum was born a Potter though," Quinn said from his spot in the door.

"Shut up, Quinn," I grumbled.

Draco just looked amused at my obvious suffering, the traitor.

"Well, I should leave you to associate yourself with Draco. Goodbye, Quinn." I smiled, knowing exactly what terror I was setting upon Quinn.

Quinn just smirked and replied, "Time to get to know the in-laws."

I punched Quinn again in a moment of annoyance, this time a crack was heard.

Silence fell upon the three of us.

Not even Draco could say anything.

"Ah… Hospital wing…"

Merlin, that was going to be hard to explain.
