My Beautiful FIance

Demyan

My fingers traced the strong outline of Ethan's jaw as he slept. His lips were parted and occasionally he would scrunch his nose as if he was in the middle of a very tense conversation. I wondered what he was dreaming about in that beautiful glorious head of his. His skin had a caramel glow to it from all the hours in the sun, his hair had blonded almost over night.

He had a slight sunburn on his shoulders but that was because he probably finished most of the sunscreen on me. Above us, where the skylight let the morning sun flood in I could not help but smile. There the sun was. Once again my loyal companion in the best morning of my life.

The beautiful moonstone ring on my third finger of my left hand reflected the sun's rays scattering little rainbow hues all across the room. It was the most precious I thing I had ever owned. It was the greatest honour to know that Uncle Damien thought I was worthy of it.
