Completing A Legacy

Freedom's Rest

After dealing with the resident protagonist Emilio then proceeds to return to the profound primordial Ark and returns to the Primal Chaos. As Primordial Ark traverses through the portal opened by Emilio he ponders his next move.

"Now that that is done what should I do next should I go to the snow song realm and heal the ice Phoenix and gain the last inheritance or should I retrieve the last of the Heretic God's seeds?". Emilio then decides to grab the last of the heretic God seeds which were the water seed and wind seed.

The water seed was within the secret realm on the Blue Polar Star specifically the Heaven Basin Secret Realm and inside the realm, the seed itself was within a tyrant profound beast's stomach. While The wind seed was in a self-generated storm that was within the Central Ruins Realm which was a part of the Northern Divine Region of the Primal Chaos.

Emilio then proceeds to open a portal to the Heaven Basin Secret Realm in order to retrieve the water seat first and the portal itself opens to the secret realm which then drops him off on top of the Emperor Awakening Flower that when pulled would trigger the Tyrant profound Beast sleeping within to rise from the ground.

"Well, no time like the present". Emilio then proceeds to take the flower from the ground and place it in his inventory for later use as he may give it to his disciples.

A loud roar can then be heard permeating the secret realm as the ground begins to quake and tremble as the Beast rises from the ground which oddly reminded him of Fenrir from High School Dragonic Deus only larger. The beast then eyes Emilio in a challenging manner and roars with Emilio then just simply stares with a deadpan expression.

Emilio then decides to have a bit of fun and then proceeds to lift up his arm and increase the gravity on the giant wolf which then forces it to the ground and then proceeds to use his telekinesis to make the dog do tricks.

"Well then be a good boy and lay down" as Emilio makes it forcibly lay down.

"And then roll over" as he rolls the dog over the hills and nearby mountains breaking them.

"And now stay good boy," Emilio says while making it stay perfectly still and then proceeds to put the beast out of its misery and with a swipe of his hand cuts the wolf into multiple pieces.

Emilio then receives the water seed from the beast's stomach and adds it to his inventory and then proceeds to open up a portal to the storm that surrounds the wind seed in the Northern Divine Region.

Emilio then in a bored manner raises his hand as if gripping something and then pulls With the Wind seed then appearing in his hand after a couple of seconds as Emilio eyes the last of the Heretic God's legacy he smiles. Emilio then says quietly "If you can hear me I would like to thank you for your contribution to this universe and to myself I hope you may rest in peace".

Even though Emilio swears he imagined it he could feel a presence behind him smiling at him and bowing as if thanking him for finding his legacy so that he may always be remembered even if by only one person.

Emilio then returns to the primordial profound art he had placed above the planet and Wards the area around the ship as he is about to absorb the full might of the Heretic God's Legacy.

Emilio then takes out all of the seeds ranging from the water seed, the lightning seed, the darkness seed, the wind seed, and the earth seed all of which arrange themselves in a circular pattern as they enter Emilio's body.

A feminine mechanical voice can then be heard within Emilio's mind as he absorbs the inheritance from the Heretic God and ascends ever further towards ultimate freedom.

[New sources of energy detected, Elements Confirmed Water, Fire, Darkness, Wind, Lightning, Earth, Additional Profound Veins Opened, Immunity to Confirmed Elements Created, Heretic Soul Arts Added To Soul Cultivation, The Formless Realm Opens Further]

Soon a storm of different elements appears to envelop Emilio as he absorbs the Legacy and delves into the experiences of the Heretic God. Emilio witnesses the god's creation and his end as well as all he felt at that moment the rage and the pain and finally the silence.

Emilio at the end of the experience sees a man with long flowing hair and bright glowing yellow eyes staring back at him with almost excitement. As if witnessing something entirely new for the first time and all he hears is a few words.

"GO FORTH AND LIVE, FOR DEATH IS NEVER THE END".

The storm then ends as he feels further connected to the elements that create the universe and as Emilio ponders his new immunities and abilities he realizes that his time in the universe of Against The Gods is coming to an end.

As there is little to do now as the Brahma Monarch Realm is in shambles due to the loss of all their wealth and the primordial seal of life and death and thus will soon be destroyed by the Star Slaughter Realm.

All that is left now is to gain the last inheritance from the Ice Phoenix at the snow song realm while also dealing with a certain devil empress that is about as a cliched conqueror as you can get.

Emilio then directs The Ark to head towards the snow song realm as he sits on his throne he mentally pats himself on the back for coming this far even with his overpowered essences there was still the possibility of him becoming overconfident and stupid.

But he believes he's done a good enough job as in only under a hundred days he has reached the precipice of two overpowered cultivation systems and shall soon rise even further beyond them.

In a couple of minutes, the ark then stops up above a world that is reminiscent of Hoth from the Star Wars universe as it is seemingly covered in snow and ice and all Emilio can think about is "How can people sleep on ice beds? Even if they do not sleep their back pains must be awful".

Emilio then uses his senses to scan the planet in order to find the Ice Phoenix which he then locates the phoenix at the bottom of the Heavenly Nether Frost Lake which is a part of the Divine Ice Phoenix Sect. As Emilio teleports in he places a bounded field around the area so that no one may disturb them.

The Phoenix as if sensing his arrival Parts the lake and reveals herself as a woman with long white hair and a rather pale form laying on a rock that is made of ice.

The being then just looks at Emilio curiously as if trying to think about how he was able to both get into the sacred ground as well as survive being in the area as those that approach the lake are frozen almost instantly.

Then the being is instantly made even more curious as Emilio simply states "Well hello there Ice Phoenix I have come to bargain".
