Chapter 58 Dark Forest(5)

I could still sense the monster's shadow so I had a rough understanding of it's position. I closed my eyes and I could sense the shadows of the forest trees better. I concentrated on them and tried to manipulate them and just like before there was resistance. But now much more experienced and powerful I crushed the resistance and gained control of the shadows.

I created chains from the shadows and made them chase the monster. I was controlling atleast thirty different shadows and I could feel the drain on my mana but I persisted. The monster dodged the chains and tried to get out of there range but I quickly cut off it's escape routes and slowly forced it into the clearing I was in.

*Growl*
