Parts and Plan.

{POV Ryuu.}

Everyone started smiling as they pounded on the table to show their excitement and agreement. But Kurogiri raised his hand gathering everyone's attention.

"I thank you for the position Ryuu as it fits more of what I'm capable of, but for the tournament would you allow me to referee or supervise the fights?"

"You took the words right out of my mouth Kurogiri," I smiled as I looked across the table. "Not only will Kurogiri be in charge of certain parts of the tournament, so will everyone else."

Everyone looked surprised after I announced everyone's part in the tournament. The only ones that didn't have a role were Stain, Spinner, and Twice since they were part of the group that were participating in the tournament.

"But just because you aren't fighting doesn't mean that you won't be participating in the training as the tournament isn't the only thing we need to worry about," I spoke with a heavy tone that brought the room back to attention. "Remember we have the precious inheritor of All Might in our midst. And I highly doubt that they won't try to save him."

I pressed a button showing the entire fortress and her defenses that Mei had worked on as I turned it to her for an explanation.

"Now if you look at the whole picture you'll see that there are multiple points of entry or weaknesses in the defenses but," Mei explained as a vicious smile spread on her lips. "It'll be the worst mistake they'll ever make as they'll run into my super cute and deadly babies."

Mei smiled as she pressed a button that changed the map to multiple video scenes of her super cute and deadly babies and what they were capable of leaving all but Tsuyu, Toga, and even Stain in surprise.

Twice's expression was the most unique as he reacted differently to each and everyone with either wonder, fear, applause, and even confusion until it looked like something just clicked.

Mei just continued to smile shamelessly until all the videos ended before pressing the button again showing another screen with a prototype outfit. Toga even exclaimed out loud in awe when she saw what Mei showed.

"Now my super cute and deadly babies aren't the only things that I'll be showing off. Everyone's outfit, costume, or whatever you want to call it will be upgraded. So after we are done here please let me know what I can do to help upgrade your swag. Oh and I'll also be selling some of my super cute babies during the tournament." Mei smiled shamelessly as she put her fists on her hips.

I could only chuckle while smiling as Mei finished while both Tsuyu and Toga started clapping. But if there was one thing that Mei spoke of that made the group agree with it was that they did need to update their current looks and equipment.

The meeting didn't last much longer after as Mei started to go around the table asking and taking down notes on what the group wanted to do for their outfits or the upgrades they were wondering they could get. Mei even gave me a look that made me raise my brow as it was a look I was familiar with.

When did she start working on something new for me? I thought what I had currently was good. Well I wonder what she'll surprise me with.

After Mei got everything that she needed she smiled as she nodded her head before giving me a quick kiss and bolted for the door while laughing. Everyone else did the same but when they felt the room chill slightly they started coughing while excusing themselves.

Tsuyu started giggling after everyone left before she did the same but before she left she asked for a kiss which I happily obliged. Leaving only a silent Toga in the room with me.

"Ryuu, aren't you afraid?" Toga asked with a silent voice as she looked up.

"Am I afraid, yes. I would be a fool not to be, it's those that say that they aren't the ones you need to worry about." I was honest with Toga as a light smile formed on my lips.

"I have many reasons to be scared, my parents, friends, Mei, Tsuyu, and even you Toga. But if I walk around with a look of worry and fear then those around me will do the same. It's one of if not the main reason I sought strength."

Toga smiled as her face turned a bright shade of red as her cat-like eyes shined. "I'm one of your reasons?" Toga asked as her head lowered slightly as she pointed her fingers together.

I smiled as I walked over to Toga making her face turn even brighter as I placed my finger on her chin and made her look me in my eye.

"Yes."

Togas smiled hard as it looked like steam was coming out of the top of her head but the look of happiness and joy in her eyes made my body react before my mind could think as I took her lips.

Toga froze the moment our lips connected but when I started to pull away she grabbed my face as she pulled me back for another. She even used her tongue after a few seconds as it seemed she wanted more.

But the moment I used my tongue I felt her bite it with enough force as it started to bleed. I didn't even flinch after Toga continued to kiss and drink my blood. If anything I was excited as it was something new.

Toga smiled as she had a satisfied and wondrous look on her face until she saw the blood around my lips as she looked down with worry.

"I'm-"

"Toga," I softly spoke as Toga slowly looked up. "Would you like to go out later, just the two of us."

Toga slowly started to smile as she nodded her head as the look of joy shone in her eyes.

I smiled also but surprised her with another quick kiss as I grabbed her hand and started to pull her out of the War Room.

[U.A. High, Nezu's Office.]

"Why aren't we doing anything Nezu!! Why aren't we going right now to demand Khorne release Deku and bring him to justice!!" All Might screamed before falling to a violent fit of coughing.

Nezu could only sigh as this wasn't the first or even the fifth time All Might had demanded why they weren't doing anything with Ryuu.

'Did you forget that you agreed to his terms All Might. Of course you did, you're so riled up about Deku and your pursuit of justice that you forgot.' Nezu internalized as he took a sip of his tea with a satisfied sigh.

'I really need to thank Kurogiri for the tea.'

All Might wasn't the only one in Nezu's office as multiple members of the schools staff were seated with unhappy and frustrated looks on their faces. All nodding their heads in agreement with All Might's statement with smirks on their faces.

"Again All Might, you already agreed that you wouldn't do anything until the end of summer vacation until the tournament starts. You even agreed to his terms." Nezu spoke with a calm voice as he stared at All Might, making him frown.

"Then why aren't we doing anything to those that he has already taken into his care. Can we at least do anything to them?" Aizawa asked with a low and tired voice as he was still running on fumes from the night earlier. "He has multiple other villains among his group that hold multiple crimes; he's even taken both Mei and Tsuyu hostage along with Deku."

Everyone else in Nezu's office mimicked what Aizawa said as they started jumping up and down with angry voices and righteous fury.

'If you all really feel that way then be my guest I don't know why you're even coming to me with your complaints. If you want to go and kick the steel door then be my guest.' Nezu internalized as he shook his head.

"You can try, but I doubt it'll work. I was even surprised by Mei's workmanship on the design and construction of Ryuu's fortress. Hell I even had a difficult time traversing past all the traps."

The look of shock and confusion on everyone's face after Nezu announced his struggles only made him smile as he started to laugh.

"What made you think that just because I have a good relationship with Ryuu that I would help you guys. I even told you before that I wouldn't help. Do what you want, but be ready for the consequences of your actions as Ryuu has shown that he has responded in kind."

All Might just smiled as he transformed to his hero mode as a heavy pressure started to fill the office that made everyone besides Nezu smile.

"Then I know just the people to talk to, to put some sense back into him before he falls to his wicked ways." All Might turned as he started to head out of the office but after he opened the door Aizawa spoke up.

"Don't just go off on your own All Might. Who are you planning to talk to, don't leave us out to dry and do this on your own like you always do. We need to work together if we plan on doing this right." Aizawa's words clicked in the rest of the teacher's head as they also stood up demanding who and where All Might was going.

But what they didn't notice was Nezu smiling a wicked smile as he knew who All Might was going to talk to and it wasn't just one person it was multiple.

'Oh, I wonder how hard you'll get smacked, All Might. And if you think the other group is going to do anything you're wrong as it'll only work in Ryuu's favor or plan.' Nezu laughed in his mind as he took another sip of his tea.

Nezu continued to drink his tea as All Might turned around while smiling, his patented smile.

"Well his parents of course and then to the media. They help set him straight."
