Invite to the Tournament.

{POV Ryuu.}

I'm starting to get pissed. It was just supposed to be Toga and I going on a date together but, it seems that everyone and their mother or rather their camera were pointing in our direction. They weren't even subtle about it; some bolder ones even decided it was a good idea to try and jump in front of us.

All I did was smile before destroying either their cameras or phones before moving along with Toga. I was rather impressed with how she was handling things but there were a couple of times that someone lost a few fingers or eye. Yet still they persisted, like hungry rats.

Now normally this wouldn't bother me but the amount didn't decrease after the first few incidents rather they increased as time went on. Then it got really bad when we both finally arrived at the spot for our date.

It wasn't until I got a phone call from Tsuyu saying that I was currently trending all over. But it wasn't from when I participated in the school festival, Tsuyu mentioned that there was information from the incident in middle school all the way till the present.

I could hear the worry and anger in Tsuyu's voice when she continued on. But what she said next, sent me into a calm that bleed out into the surroundings as it went cold.

"All Might did what?"

"All Might got your parents involved saying that they raised a violent and bad child saying that they failed raising a proper kid. He even got your mother so riled up that she slapped All Might and almost stabbed him," Tsuyu explained with an angry voice. "But that's not even the worst. They even said that you are holding us against our wills and forcing us to commit acts of villainy…"

Tsuyu continued to explain while asking if I could hand the phone over to Toga but when I did I felt multiple presences starting to try and surround us. There was even a warp gate that appeared next to us rather quickly as Kurogiri appeared.

"Ryuu, you need to leave, there are multiple heroes approaching and…" Kurogiri paused when he felt the chill in the air. "Ryuu, here, Mei said you'd want this since they decided to go this route." Kurogiri sighed as he tossed me my cane-ax.

"Thank you Kurogiri, and thank Mei when you go back with Toga," I spoke with little emotion as I looked over at Toga who seemed furious that our date was ruined. "I'll make it up to you later Toga, I promise."

"You better Ryuu, I was really looking forward to our date. Just make sure you give them a reason to back off the next time." Toga reluctantly smiled before she gave me a quick kiss and hug before entering the warp gate.

"Just make sure you don't get caught, Ryuu. Or do anything to outlandish if you can't help it." Kurogiri joked as he left just as my exits closed.

"Just surrender and don't do anything you'd regret Khorne. We have you surrounded and outnumbered. Just come quietly."

One of the heroes spoke with righteousness and conviction. Only to be echoed by the others as they all said their piece while getting into a special formation.

I wasn't paying attention to them as I was looking for a specific person among the crowd and when I found who I was looking for my image started to flicker as a very scared and very pale cameraman appeared.

"Why hello kind sir, my name is Yamamoto Ryuu the God of War: Emperor Khorne. I was wondering if you'd like to witness an amazing spectacle?" I asked with a bright and cheery smile that made the cameraman pale further while shaking and nodding his head.

"Good, just what I thought, now let me put some of those rumors or interesting information that came out into the light shall we."

I smiled before using Flickr Steps to arrive in front of one of the heroes as a look of panic and fear shone on his face as he tried to retaliate using his ability. Only to scream in pain as I shattered his knee while iron clawing his jaw.

"You should have never bothered me and my date. But still I am running a little low on blood and skulls for my skull throne," my smile turned vicious as I raised my cane-ax as its blade flicked out. "Your's shall do quite nicely, it's actually the shape I've been looking for."

The hero's eyes went wide with fear before they started to roll to the back of his head, but came back as I crushed his jaw as he screamed an inhuman sound before going limp.

The other heroes cried out in worry, fear, rage, and panic as they witnessed one of their own just get played with in mere seconds. Some even charged in with blind fury as they launched their attacks with the intent to kill.

There it is, that's what I was looking for. I only severely injured one of you and then you come in for the kill because of how brutal it was. Ah, I wonder what All Might was thinking when he decided to try this shit.

I easily dodged their attacks before the sickening sound of both their knees shattering sounded out along with their screams of pain. The looks of hate and madness in their eyes made me laugh as I lifted one of them in the air by their throat.

"Well now isn't that interesting, I didn't even kill the first guy, but yet you two went for the kill right at the start," I increased my grip as a look of panic formed in the hero's eyes. "Well I would seem rude if I didn't return the gesture."

Snap!

Seeing the light go out in the hero's eyes didn't bring me joy or anything, neither did the feeling of his neck snapping like a twig. I only felt an emptiness as the fear filled screams of the remaining heroes and civilians echoed around me.

They are only risking their lives for what clout, fame, money. And they call themselves heroes, such a shallow and meaningless way to live.

I released the dead hero as his body hit the ground with a thump as I looked to the other hero who was crawling away as fast as she could while screaming for help. The remaining heroes had already started running away, forgetting and abandoning one of their own.

"Now would you look at that, your friends are all gone now such heroes huh, that wasn't nice of them so be a champ and hang in there as I'll bring them right back."

The crawling hero didn't even respond as she continued her escape as she crawled, but when my flickering image appeared in front of her with the last two heroes she stopped as her eyes dimmed.

"Now that's better isn't it, but why does it feel like something is missing. Oh yeah," I smiled as the shattering of the remaining heroes' knees sounded out along with their cries of pain. "That's better, isn't it guys."

They ignored me as they continued to scream and cry in pain, but one of the remaining heroes stuttered something out in pain while screaming.

"Why are you doing this, why did you kill him. He didn't even do anything to you."

I smiled as I crouched down next to the hero. "Well isn't that an amazing question. Now why am I doing this? Well you guys decided to ruin my date," I spoke as if it was the most obvious thing in the world as they paled. "Oh and the only reason I killed the one was because he attacked with the intent to kill as did she. Which reminds me, if you'll excuse me for a moment."

I stood as I slowly walked over to the dead eyed hero as she was staring off into the distance. The other heroes even screamed out saying for me to stay my hand and everything else in the book as their pleas fell on deaf ears as the blade of my cane-ax plunged into her skull.

"Now everything has been paid back in full. Now you guys I'll only cripple so don't leave as you won't get far plus I've at least released some steam." I smiled as I Flickr Stepped to the stunned cameraman.

"Hello again everyone, it seems that I should mention something since I feel like it shouldn't be hidden any longer as well for the whole reason I came to light. You should know, I'll be holding a tournament at the end of the summer as I'd like to invite some of the higher class of society to witness this amazing spectacle. I'd also like to extend an invitation to the highest ranked heroes also since this whole tournament was agreed upon by All Might himself all to save someone very special and important to him."

I smiled as I grabbed the side of the camera.

"It's to save his oh, so precious successor, inheritor, Izuku Midoriya. It'll be quite the sight to see, so please come on down."

I gave the camera back as I put away the blade of my cane-ax as I started to leave the area as chaos and panic continued as the remaining heroes watched on in fear.

You thought this would make things turn to your side All Might. Well I'll admit you did catch me off guard but, I hope you'll like my surprise come the end of summer. I know Deku will, as will All For One.
