Lemon

"Lemon". Why was that the first word which came in my mind? 

It was still raining. I was walking alone with my umbrella over my head thought i was already wet because of earlier. 

At last i reached my house. It was in a colony, besides a giant, long and straight road. Every house were arranged in a row besides that road. I always loved this road because it's always so peaceful and silent. Literally no vehicle passes from it.

I went inside, put my umbrella at the corner besides the door.

"Michio is that you? You came pretty early"

This voice is of my mom, Sanae Mihara, a young blonde house wife.

"The library was full so i had to came back"

She came to the door from the kitchen.

"Why are you wet even though you brought the umbrella"

"Hmm a car passed by me and this happened"

"Oh dear, you have to be careful while walking, go take a bath now or you will catch the cold"

"Okay mom"

I went inside, my dad, Toshio Mihara, a young and fit man was inside. He works as the manager at the construction site as it was raining today he didn't has to do any work so he was watching TV.

"Michio how you got this messed up? 

Were you looking at some girl and slipped on the road? Hahahha"

I blushed a little when he said that.

"Ahhh it's not that geez it happened because a car and you shouldn't be talking things like that with your son"

He laughed so hard when he saw me blushing. 

He pointed his finger towards me while laughing 

"look how red your face is you sure that car wasn't a girl? Hahaha"

"I told you it's nothing like that"

I left the room and went to take my bath. After the bath i went in my room to study.

I sat on my study chair.

My family is always like this so cheerful and frank. I enjoy my time with my family. We were a lovely family but things have changed since January, my dad and mom always kept fighting to each other. It's now like this whenever they starts talking to each other things always end up in a big debate and because of them I can't concentrate on my studies. I tried to stop their fights a lot of time but they never listened to me.

I really want my old family back.

I started studying but there it was again, they started fighting, their voice was too loud i could hear everything clearly, in the end i couldn't study.

I got sick of their nonsense fight.

"I'm going to visit Haruo" i said while leaving the house.

Haruo is my best friend. He lives in the same colony as mine. We both knew each other since we were little.

I reached his house, he let me in. His room was messed up as usual. Well it was at least peacefull there.

"Did they fight again?" Haruo said.

"Yeah"

"Why don't you try and stop them, you are there son"

"You think i never did that?"

"Well i guess you did, so because of them you weren't able to study and the library today was also closed? That's some bad luck right there"

"Yeah that is the thing but i didn't come here to study not like i can ever study with you cause whenever i come here to study we always end up playing games in your ps5"

"Then why did you come here?"

"Well the thing is i saw a girl today and i don't know why but the word 'lemon' came in my mind"

Haruno was a pleasant guy he always had a big smile on his face but after hearing what i said that smile of his vanished.

"So the world 'lemon' came to your mind? Well that is the sign of pregnancy you wanna eat something sour"

He folded his hand and looked up as he said this.

I got a big angry mark on my face.

"I'm not here to hear your stupid jokes. I think the girl in that photo is related to the girl i saw today"

"Hmm if you really want to unleash this mystery then you should go to the same place again tomorrow and found it out by yourself"

"Well i think that's the only option we have left"

The next day i went to the same place. Our schools were off because only one month was left for exams. All schools always give a time to do self study.

And there she was again standing at the entrance, i could only see her back but this time it was enough for me to loose my senses, i got a weird headache and the world "lemon" started ringing in my head. 

I gained control over my body and made my mind that i would go and talk to her for sure.

So yes i took my steps forward.....
