She cleared her throat and he finally looked up from his phone, "Yes?" Emily narrowed her eyes accusingly, "Where is it?" (Edited) The rightful heir

Emilia's lips quivered as her body shook with fear upon hearing Victoria's harsh tone. "Why didn't it work, Emilia?" she thundered once more, causing Emilia to flinch a bit.

"I-I don't know, I swear I don't." Emilia met her eyes to prove her honesty, "I did exactly as I was taught, I don't know why it didn't work."

"I told you before, I've never done anything like this," she added. "I've never made anyone forget a memory before."

Victoria's expression calmed and the tension decreased tenfold, but in her eyes, Emilia could see it, she had an even more vicious idea.

Emilia's brows slowly furrowed as she tried figuring out what devious plan Victoria was considering to get them out of this predicament and unfortunately, it again had to do with her.

"What do you know of doing, hmm?" Victoria questioned.

Emilia lowly hummed before choosing her words wisely, "A-As long as the mind is open I can command the body."
