Chapter fourteen

" am I such a bad friend" Ariana asked Casey. " Beatrice chose that Raymond over me. I hate that boy" she said and sobbed.

" no Ari. You're not a bad friend. It's just that you can't expect everyone to be the same. Not everyone will accept you for who you really are." Casey told her.

" Really?" Ariana asked.

" Yes and anyone would be lucky to be your friend" Cassandra told her.

" Tell me the truth. Did you feel lucky to be my Friend?" Ariana asked.

" Yes and I'll be" Casey said and they hugged.

" It's not even been up to a day we argued and she's moved on." Beatrice said from a corner. " Should've known" she left.

" Why are you acting like this" Beatrice asked Raymond angrily.

" Are you dumb? What part of I don't like you don't you understand" Raymond was furious.

" Well you must because you said I was your girlfriend"

" Well, I lied. I only did that to show Ariana her place and I did that so I don't need you anymore" he told her without an atom of remorse.

" Wait! Do you mean you were only using Me as a porn to get back at Ariana?" Beatrice was shocked. " You turned me against my best friend just for revenge?" She asked almost in tears.

" It's who I am" Ray said arrogantly.

" No wonder she hates you. You're so bad" Beatrice said. " You know what? You're really the son of a bitch and......" She smiled. " I like it."

" What do you mean you like it" Ray was shocked.

" How about we make a little deal? I help you get revenge on her for your humiliation and you date me" Beatrice said smiling.

" Sounds tempting. I like it" Ray smirked. " We've got a deal."

" Not yet. I'll help you get revenge on her and you'll treat me the way a boyfriend treats a girlfriend" 

" You're desperate but fine, I'll help you" Ray said and left.

" Ari will understand. I'm just fighting for my love" she said and left.

" So, what you doing" Ariana asked Max who was having some pie.

" I'm getting ready for tomorrow. I'll be joining you tomorrow in Merother high school. I'll have to be prepared" Max told her.

" Ok. Good luck with that" she told him before sitting beside him on the bed.

" Want some pie?" He asked.

" Hmmmmm."

" Here." Max said handing her pie.

" What kind of pie is this?" Ariana asked.

" Apple pie" max replied.

" Apple! Do you wanna kill me?" Ariana asked.

" What's wrong? You don't like apples?" Max was confused.

" Have you forgotten that I'm deathly allergic to apples?" Ariana asked.

" Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry. I totally forgot." Max apologized.

" It's fine. I'm leaving for the store. Wanna get anything" she asked.

" Nah. I'm fine" he told her 

" Ok then, bye" she told him and they shared a little kiss.

" Goodness me. I could have killed her today" Max was still in shock. " Thank......" He was interrupted by a call from his dad.

" Hi dad" he greeted.

" Hy max. How's everything going there?" Mr Daniel, Max's dad asked.

" Cool" . They spoke for a while before hanging up.
