Chapter 75: Surveillance

Seiya and Miyano Akemi arrived at his home, she didn't noticed that Vodka was following Seiya's vehicle as he reports back what is currently happening. Seiya didn't put Vodka in his threat list since he is just guns and muscle which is categorize in the weak in Seiya's eye. He went to his bedroom to change as he said.

"The kitchen is on the second floor, there are fresh vegetables and other ingredients in the refrigerator~ I go change my clothes."

"Okay~"

Miyano Akemi held the icebox containing the fishes they caught as she started cooking in the kitchen while Seiya went to the third floor bedroom as he removed his clothes and threw it into the basket. He wore a casual shirt and shorts, since he likes the cold temperature at night. He went down as he smelled a fish base soup, Miyano Akemi used the bass fish bones and head to make the soup while she debone the trout as she plan to fry them like tempura. Seiya asked.

"Do you need any help in the preparation?"

"Can you cut the vegetables?"

"Sure~"

Seiya took out a knife and an extra cutting board as he cut the vegetables neatly beside her, Miyano Akemi didn't realized it as she was too focus in remembering what steps are needed to be done to finish the recipe. If there was another person here looking at them, he/she would think the two are a couple living together. it only took a few second for Seiya to finish cutting everything as he asked Miyano.

"Hirota-san can you hand over the sharpening stone over there~"

"Is this it?"

Miyano Akemi took a small square sharpening stone and handed it over to Seiya who accidentally touch her hands while taking it. Akemi felt a slight tingle which made her retract her hand, her thoughts at that time.

'Seiya's hand feels warm..'

Seiya didn't notice her weird change as he began sharpening his knife, it only took a second before Miyano Akemi noticed that she was blanking out. Her cheek was slightly blushing as she remembered her previous thoughts, she shook her head as she began frying the trout covered in batter while lowering the heat of the fish. Seiya asked.

"Should I add the cut vegetables in the soup?"

"Yeah~"

Seiya followed her instructions as all this scene can be watched from the window in front of them, Vodka was staring at Seiya and Miyano Akemi as he suddenly received a call. He answered it.

"Aniki!"

"How is the situation?"

"Everything is normal, Ms. Miyano is just cooking for a friend without any secret action."

"Have you investigate the man beside her?"

"Yes Aniki! His name is Seiya Karasuma, we have records of him in the organization. But there are some information that are classified."

Vodka explained what he have found in the Black Organization Database, Seiya's information including his work history were inside except there are a few files that he cannot access with his authority. Gin who was on the phone was silent for a while, before he suddenly interrupted Vodka.

"Okay, you can withdraw now~"

"I understand Aniki!"

Vodka obediently followed his order as Gin hanged up the phone. Gin was currently in an apartment where the lights were closed, it was only the moon lighting up the dark room. Gin just received a message from "that person" when he used his authority to access the restricted files of Seiya Karasuma. He frowned slightly as it was an order not to touch Seiya Karasuma, he log off as he stared at the bright crescent moon. He was getting more interested in Seiya as he remembered something that happened a few years ago.

It was the time when the M16 entered American soil and fought against them when they were trying to transfer Miyano Shiho to another location, he seem to remember that he was also given a message at that time which allowed Shiho to meet Seiya before leaving, he drank his bourbon on the rocks as he received a call from Rum. Seiya didn't know what is happening outside his home as he was currently having a dinner with Miyano Akemi who asked.

"How is it?"

"It's delicious, is this your personal recipe?"

"No, it's my father's recipe..."

Miyano Akemi's eyes seem to dim as she remember her childhood, it was so sudden when they received the news. She shook her head as she heard Seiya asking gently.

"Sorry, it looks like I spoke off something bad?"

"No, it's alright. I'm just remembering my childhood, how about you Seiya-san. How did you grow up into a school physician?"

Miyano Akemi was curious why he could be a school physician yet also a consultant in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police. Seiya chuckles as he started explaining his education history, it is something he can be proud since he is the youngest college student and graduate student in the world and he only used his mind and money to do it, unlike in other worlds where they have backgrounds. Miyano Akemi expression was first unbelievable since she didn't expect Seiya to be a licensed psychiatrist, but seeing his expression means no lie and also some physical evidences in the wall which has a few degrees and photos with famous deans and heads of a few international department.

After the wonderful dinner and communication, Seiya drover her back to her apartment. He said to Miyano Akemi in front of her doorsteps.

"We should do this again someday."

"Definitely!"

Miyano Akemi agreed as she was happy while experiencing today's event. Seiya drove back to his home as he texted to the numbers of Tomoko, Ayako and Sonoko Suzuki that he will be staying at his home for tonight. They all replied after a few seconds, if they could go to his home. Tomoko even replied that Shiro was going to have an overnight at the company, so it should be no problem if she took her daughters and had a sleepover at his home. Seiya was a bit speechless since truthfully he was planning to work overnight because he was having a major breakthrough in getting a temporary cure by using a few affordable chemicals. He had to change his schedule as he replied that they could go to his home for an overnight.

He sigh as he remembers that he will be going to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police tomorrow as he will be helping Sato, he then remember the case of her father which can be easily solve. Since he knows the murderer, but he didn't know if there are changes or butterfly effects. So he has to be cautious tomorrow or else the murderer of Miwako Sato's father will still be free.
